We’re delighted to give the opportunity to Nathan Robb to represent Fraserburgh FC at the forthcoming eScottish Cup at Hampden Park on 21st May.
Nathan is 18 years old and lives in Balmedie. He went to Bridge of Don Academy and is currently studying Games Development at Aberdeen College.
Speaking to us about the tournament :
I’ve had a keen interest in playing FIFA since 2014 when I got my first Xbox and regularly play through the week where my goal is the weekend online FUT (FIFA Ultimate Team) champions. The challenge is to play 20 online matches against fellow competitors, and I regularly achieve rank 1/2.
In the last year I have changed platform from Xbox to PlayStation as there is more opportunity to take part in Esport events. I took part in Aberdeen’s first Esports tournament last year where I came 3rd and this year at the Beach Ballroom where I finished in the top 8.
I’m honoured to represent Fraserburgh in the Esports tournament at Hampden Park. The competition requires 2 players and therefore I will be partnering up with my cousin, Jadon Robb who also shares this interest in FIFA.

On the day of the tournament, we will have an early drive to Glasgow, so we have plenty time to discuss in-game tactics. We’ve been working together in preparation for some time now.
Nathan is hoping this will be the start of many more tournaments to come.
