Like many small mountain towns, Manitou Springs has limited visitor parking. Getting around town and knowing where to park before you arrive helps your trip go smoothly.
PAID ON-STREET PARKING Alternatively, pay for on-street parking at the kiosks. Kiosks are located throughout downtown on Manitou Ave., Canon Ave., Ruxton Ave. and Park Ave.
FREE PARKING AND SHUTTLE The best way to get to downtown Manitou Springs, Barr Trail and the Incline is to park in the free lot at 10 Old Man’s Trail and ride the free shuttle. Shuttle service runs everyday from 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
PAY TO PARK IN A DOWNTOWN LOT There are three paid public parking lots in the downtown area. See the map on page 46-47 for the parking locations. Barr trail head parking (for hiking Pikes Peak) is available via online reservation only.
