The GenX Latchkey Kid Recipe and Activity Guidebook isn&8217tyour typical cookbook. It&8217sa trip down memory lane. Yes it&8217sfull of nostalgic food we ate but it&8217smore than just recipes. It&8217sa collective generational experience of food games and activities. Most of us had little to no supervision so some of the food we consumed was bizarre and the activities we engaged in were borderline dangerous. But somehow we survived. Well most of us survived. We are a generation of sarcastic slightly cynical DIY masters but we sure know how to take care of ourselves (and each other)! I hope anyone who picks up this book has a few laughs and some fond memories from days gone by. Enjoy!
