200 Experiments for $200 Million Campaign Update
May was a big month for experiments! As of May 22, 2025, Berkley has registered 34 experiments from 22 Berkley Businesses generating an impact of $19,097,737 toward the goal of completing 200 Experiments that will generate $200 Million in revenue or cost savings. That's a signi cant jump from last month!
To qualify toward our 200 Experiments for $200 Million goal, an experiment must be posted in SPARK!, have clear experiment documentation and be accurately closed (meaning Outcome, Financial Impact and all other necessary elds are complete). Finally, the stage must be updated to "Implemented" or "Implementation in Progress". Experiments are then reviewed by Bill Rohde and Christoph Ritterson to ensure they are eligible. Keep in mind that we are not, at this time, counting "Express Implementations" in the numbers for the 200 Experiments for $200 Million.
Acadia's experiment, Utilize ChatGPT to complete portions of UP&T's is included in the 200 Experiments for $200 Million campaign. To learn more about this experiment, click here.

Innovation Behavior of the Month
Berkley's Innovation program has grown over the past several years and we have advanced our innovation practice, strategic ideation, experimentation, and integration of innovation into our day-to-day work. Though we have come a long way, it's also important that we remember the basics.
The seven Innovation Behaviors are the foundation of Innovation at Berkley and Acadia. Whether you are new to Berkley/Acadia or are due for a refresher on the behaviors, we hope this new segment will be helpful. Each month, one of the behaviors will be explored.
