New BCF website coming soon

BCF is currently building a brand new website which features a contemporary design and improved functionality and navigation, aimed at enhancing the user experience to ensure they find the latest news, advice and information they need.

The purpose of the new website is to better our website structure by reorganising and streamline content for members, stakeholders and consumers alike and to improve our visual brand and industry representation.

The site is linked to the BCF’s new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system enabling us to provide a greater range of services to members. BCF has been working on the new website and CRM behind the scenes since 2021, and the team have worked across all departments to collectively deliver a new and improved experience for users of the site.
