Veggie Bites Ingredients

3 Cups Broccoli Florets 3 Large Carrots 4 Red Potatos 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 1 Stick of Butter 1 Teaspoon Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne 3 Garlic Cloves 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1. 2. 3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Clean and wash vegetables. Dice carrots and potatoes and boil with broccoli florets for 15 minutes until tender.
4. 5. Add vegetables to the food processor along with the spices and garlic. Grab mixture and make into balls.

7. Mix olive oil and melted butter together and dip veggie bites into it before dipping them into panko. Put on a cookie sheet to bake for 25 minutes flipping halfway through.
