Q1: Can you describe the core values that define your company’s culture and how these values are integrated into your everyday operations?
At Dream Spa Medical, our culture is built upon 13 core values that guide everything we do. One of the most fundamental values is respect. We believe that respect is the foundation of a strong team, and we cultivate it by ensuring every team member feels valued and heard. We integrate these values into our daily operations by discussing one of them each morning in our team meetings. Another one is empowerment. We encourage our team to set clear expectations, communicate openly, and contribute ideas. This creates an environment where everyone feels they have a voice in shaping our culture.
Q2: How would you describe your leadership style and its impact on creating a ‘best place to work’ environment?
Our leadership philosophy is rooted in enhancement rather than enforcement. We don’t impose rigid structures; we empower our team members to align with our vision and find their own paths to success. We foster open discussions, provide extensive training, and give people the freedom to take ownership of their roles. We bring in professionals who are just beginning their careers, and we provide them with the space to develop their expertise, form their own patient relationships, and shape their approach to care. Our team members think independently, make informed decisions, and connect with our community.
Q3: How does your company support work-life balance for its employees, and what unique approaches have you taken in this area?
As a small but rapidly growing company with big ambitions, we recognize that our team members are our most valuable asset. Growth is important to us but so is making sure our employees feel recharged and connected to their personal lives. We encourage our team to take time to rest, spend quality time with family and friends, and return to work refreshed. A balanced team is a more motivated and productive team. When people feel valued and have space to enjoy life outside of work, they’re more energized and passionate about the company’s growth and success.
Q4: Looking forward, what are the key priorities for your organization to maintain its status as a ‘best place to work,’ and how do you plan to achieve them?
Our priority is to continue fostering a space where employees feel encouraged to share feedback. A key part of our vision is to build a team of experts who inspire innovation and growth. We don’t want to be the only ones driving ideas; we want our team to take ownership, contribute creatively, and push the company forward.
