PRESIDENT/CEO MESSAGE

As we look back on a year filled with progress and growth, I am thrilled to share the exciting accomplishments that have defined this year at Bridge Credit Union. Our continued commitment to enhancing your financial well-being has led us to some remarkable milestones, and I am grateful for your continued trust and support.

This past year has been one of transformation, and two key initiatives stand out: the successful merger with Yellow Springs Federal Credit Union and our ongoing Back to Basics initiative. These initiatives are not just about growth; they reflect our dedication to providing you with better services, greater value, and stronger community connections. In February we completed the merger with Yellow Springs Federal Credit Union. This strategic partnership was a significant step in our mission to provide more value to more members. By combining our resources, we’ve been able to broaden our reach, enhance member service, upgrade technology, and strengthen our financial position. Together, we are better equipped to meet the financial needs of our growing community.

In parallel with the merger, we launched our Back to Basics initiative, a strategic focus on simplifying and strengthening our core services to better meet your needs. This initiative has been about getting back to our core values and the fundamentals of credit union service—a renewed focus on what truly matters most to you, our members. Some of the key achievements of this initiative include streamlined processes and services, a focus on personalized service and relationships and lastly, an increased presence in the communities we serve. By getting Back to the Basics, we have set your credit union up to truly have an impact in the lives of you, our member.

Your membership is at the heart of everything we do, and we are excited to work together to make your financial dreams a reality. Thank you for your continued support. Together, we will continue to build a stronger, more vibrant community and a brighter financial future for all.
