Welcome to RiverHaus

Conveniently located in the charming town of Chagrin Falls, near Cleveland, a classic Midwestern town with about 4,000 residents. A L E X A N DR A Y ONKOV | DEVELO PER Alexandra Yonkov is a developer and partner at Brickhaus. Alexandra graduated in architecture and has managed the design of numerous residential and hospitality projects. Her passion to lead a team in real estate development led her to undertake further training in Project and Enterprise Management at UCL. Seven years ago she joined Andrew as his partner with the goal to grow Brickhaus and develop bigger and even more exciting real estate projects. Alexandra’s drive and creativity is underscored by her numerous awards in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.

S C O T T D I MIT | A RCHI TECT Managing Principal Scott Miles Dimit co-founded Dimit Architects in the fall of 2004 with his wife AnalĂ­a Nanni Dimit. Scott was raised in Mahoning and Columbiana counties in Ohio, and graduated from Virginia Polytechnic and State University in 1985. He previously worked in Chicago and Paris, and spent much of his career working on projects outside the United States. As chief Design Principal, Scott managed every aspect of the design of RiverHaus.
