Description
The project is a proposed bachelor’s pad located at Villa Cristeta, Bario Ma-ao. The aim for this structure is to make it distinct from its surroundings. Most of the enclosures is structured with glass for natural light to enter and seamlessly integrates with its surroundings and emphasizing mountain view; louver (jalousy) windows were also used to accumulate airflow inside the structure; The elevated base and overhanged porch is designed to make it appear floating from afar. Then, the minimal designation of its form corresponds to its sultry individuality.
As one of the project team, I was responsible for the schematic design and concept, and part of the design development and estimating phase for rebars cutting list, also processing of building permit.

• Analyizng the project design and priorities, and implenting it.
• Preparing of rebar cutting lists
• Coordinating with the consultants
• Preparation of permit drawings and construction documents.
• Processing documents for building permit.
