Description

The project is a residential and partly recreational type. The insipiration for the structure is based on a vernacular house particularly the “Foruy” house of Kalinga and the bahay kubo. With its open plan, we also restricted the design of overall wall enclosure so that it brings ample light and air, and would also maximize the vista for the scenic mountain view.

I was involved from the schematic and design development stage. I took the design conecpt and added elements on the design.

Description

The project is a proposed four bedroom - two story residence located at the San Esteban village in Bago city. With the goal to make it stand out on its vicinity, the facade and roof were made to appear pointy and sharp, and accentuated with dark tone and with wpc to amplify its magnificence harmoniously.

As one of the staff member for the porject , I was involved in the schematic design, design development and processing of building permit.

Responsibilities

• Analyizng the project design and priorities, and implenting it.

• Coordinating with the consultants and suppliers

• Preparation of permit drawings and construction documents.

• Processing documents for building permit.
