Description

The project is a renovation and addition of new space for the Bañes residence. With the design objectives of making it light and airy, and spacious; the building is conceptualized with an image suited with harmony to its environment. Large windows were implented on the orientation were the prevailing winds are abundant. Organized the spaces too achieved seamless traffic flow.

I was involved from the site analysis, design feasibility studies, schematic design and design development stage. I also produce construction documents for costing.

Responsibilities

• Analyizng the project design and priorities, and implenting it.

• Coordinating and meeting with the client

• Coordinating with the consultants and suppliers

• Preparation of permit drawings and construction documents.

• Processing documents for building permit
