t is a mother’s worst nightmare. For Norwalk’s Sherry Ortiz the death of her beloved 20-year old son Daniel Ortiz just three months ago has turned her like into a “living hell.” Saturday, February 9, 2013 is “the day my life changed forever,” Sherry told Los Cerritos Community Newspaper in candid and emotional interview last week, just as millions of mothers celebrated Mother’s Day. “The details are painful to remember, but I need to share with the community my emotions in order for justice to prevail,” Ortiz said. Ortiz recalled the last day of her “fun and outgoing” son Daniel’s life. “He worked all day with his brother Joe on Friday, Feb. 8th. He was in a great

LA MIRADA CITY COUNCIL TO REVIEW PROPOSED BALANCED CITY BUDGET

T

he La Mirada City Council will hear a presentation next week on a proposed balanced budget for the coming fiscal year. This proposed budget will maintain essential City services at the level desired by La Mirada residents, and continue the aggressive program of repairing infrastructure throughout the community, says City Manager Tom Robinson. The La Mirada City Council has a long tradition of adopting balanced City budgets. The City has followed a prudent fiscal philosophy through the years of emphasizing saving first and spending second. In recent years, La Mirada and other communities have faced unprecedented fiscal challenges as both the Great Recession and a series of State actions took millions from local agencies. Local officials

now point to encouraging signs that the national economy is moving towards stabilizing as retail sales increase, unemployment declines, and housing prices rise. In addition, the City has absorbed many of the impacts from the State’s dissolution of redevelopment agencies in California and is working to adjust to these changes. General Fund revenues contained in the proposed budget are projected at $42,505,184 during Fiscal Year 201314. This amount includes an estimated $4,000,000 in revenues from Measure I, the City’s one percent sales tax approved by voters in November 2012. Expenditures are estimated at $41,995,873. The General Fund allocates some $13,594,771 for capital improvement projects designed to complete necessary

Flores said that the Moskowitz Foundation that is based in Hawaiian Gardens supports the Blind Children’s Center goal “to provide a comprehensive program of

specialized education and training which will optimize the blind or visually impaired child’s development and consequent opportunities to lead a meaningful and productive life. The Center serves more than 100 children and their families each year through the Infant, Preschool, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade programs. The majority of children attending the Center live in the greater Los Angeles area. The Center is a full inclusion program and officials told LCCN that 56% of their clients are visually impaired or blind, and that 44% are “typically developing blindness. The client population reflects the diversity of Los Angeles, French pointed out. “We represent the wide diversity of the population here at the Blind Children’s Center. The majority of families come from working low-income economic circumstances, she said. The Center and home-based services are free of charge and are provided in a culturally sensitive environment. The Blind Children’s Center is funded entirely by private philanthropic support. There is no financial support from federal, state, or local governments and it is not a United Way agency. newspaper choosing to write about DWP salaries, which both candidates helped to inflate. The LAT called our stories “political and blurring the line between advocacy and journalism.” They said this even though they knew (via an interview with an LAT writer) we pulled documents on Garcetti and Perry at the same time we requested Greuel’s documents. We got the Garcetti/Perry documents within the time prescribed by law, unlike Ms. Greuel who took 90 days, and found nothing to report on Garcetti or Perry. Loyal LCCN readers know we will not hold a story on anyone. I will make a case for the Public Integrity Division of the DA, the Ethics Commission, and the LA Times using the LA Code of Ethics found online at http://www. lacity.org/government/index.htm Section One: “persons in public service shall not engage in nor shall they have any interest, direct or indirect, which is in substantial conflict of their official duties.” We have hundreds of pages of calendar documents, and the recent emails show once again, that Greuel is not working for the best interests of the city; Greuel is clearly running her campaign from her office. Section Two: “employees shall be ever conscious that public service is a public trust and be devoted to the best interests of the city.” Greuel has violated the public trust by withholding documents far beyond what the law allows, with those documents clearly showing a conflict of interest between her duties as Controller and her campaign for Mayor. Section Three: “…shall not accept money or favors from anyone other than

the city..nor shall they accept favors which might be interpreted as an attempt to influence their actions.” Emails obtained by LCCN show two people, Gisselle Acevedo, Para Los Ninos CEO, and Dave Fleming, of counsel at Latham and Watkins, telling Greuel that they will give her money for her campaign. Section Four: “not disclose confidential information acquired or available to them.” Emails show Greuel releasing the 20112012 Preliminary Financials of the City to her campaign team 2.5 hours before presentation to the Mayor and City Council. Greuel called it “inadvertent.” Section Five: “shall not use for private gain or advantage their City time or City facilities.” 130 emails and 400 pages of Greuel’s daily calendar clearly show a violation of this section. Section Seven: “…not engage in outside activity which would reduce the quality of work for the City.” Documents clearly show her using regular business hours to advance her Mayoral campaign. Section Twelve: “ not interfere with the proper performance of others.” Documents show her top staffers forwarding emails and performing campaigning duties during regular business hours. As Jack McGrath said in a letter to the LA Times: “we count on your paper, with substantial resources to investigate allegations such as these reported in the Cerritos Newspaper. In the remaining three weeks of the mayoral campaign, I would hope the Los Angeles Times will get involved and report this issue to your many thousands of readers in the City of Los Angeles.” Let’s hope so.

Williams. The bill would allow community college to create extension divisions in the same manner as the CSU and UC systems. Cerritos College was asked by other local community colleges to join in supporting the bill. Your article said, “A bill (AB 955) supported by College President Linda Lacy,” is simply not true. Information about the bill was shared with constituent groups on campus but no position has been taken and a resolution in opposition has been prepared for consideration at the June 5 meeting of the Board of Trustees. AB 955 was introduced by Assemblyman Williams at the request of Long Beach City College and other colleges around the state to provide some relief for students seeking credit courses. AB 955 would authorize community college districts to establish and maintain an extension program that would be added to summer and

winter intersessions allowing students to pay the cost of education for credit courses they have been unable to get in the regular credit program. The courses would not supplant the existing state funded course offerings and the legislation is specific on what course can be offered at a higher fee. AB 955 permits the creation of a twotiered fee system of course offerings which runs contrary to the history and tradition of our community college system providing equal access to all students. AB 955 does not restore revenues that have been cut by the state and it puts community colleges in competition with private universities and colleges that offer tuition based lower division courses. However, AB 955 gives students a choice of either waiting for space in crowed courses and adding semesters to their time in college, or pay-

CERRITOS May 6-12, 2013 For the second consecutive week, 22 Part I felony investigations were conducted by staff at the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station. Robberies, vehicle burglaries and vehicle thefts increased while residential and “other structure”/commercial burglaries dropped. Field deputies responded to 234 calls for service, down from 333 the week before. The 2013 weekly average in calls for service is 282. One robbery was reported. On Monday May 6 at 8:47 p.m. a female victim was in a parking lot in the 11400 block of South Street when approached by a male suspect that simulated a weapon and demanded her wallet and cell phone. After the victim complied the suspect fled on foot. The cell phone was located at Mapes Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard a short time later. Two residential burglaries were logged compared to five the previous week. Both homes last week were tented and being fumigated. Jewelry was the reported loss. A fingerprint lifted from one of the crime scenes resulted in the arrest of a suspect. The 2013 weekly average in residential burglaries remained at 5.0. We have enjoyed continuing success in making arrests and preventing residential burglaries when alert neighbors contact us immediately. Please keep a vigil, make the call and help make our city a safer place to be. After two weeks of weeks of three “other structure”/commercial burglaries reported, one was investigated last week. A storage unit was broken into and computer networking equipment was taken. The 2013 weekly average in “other structure”/commercial burglaries is 2.6. Vehicle burglaries rose from eight to ten last week. Nine of the targeted vehicles were SUVs. Eight of the crime scenes were in high-volume commercial parking lots. Stereos, GPS units, bowling balls, purses, ID, backpacks, tools, credit cards wallets, and third-row seats (from SUVs) were among the items taken. The new 2013 weekly average in vehicle burglaries is 8.4. Vehicle thefts were up from three to six. Four were from high-volume commercial parking lots. Five Hondas and a Toyota were stolen. The 2013 weekly average in vehicle thefts is now 3.6. The second issue with your article, “More than 200 students, and community residents attending the meeting,” as cited in your story, was directly related to students being honored by their faculty for their extraordinary accomplishments from disciplines across campus. Almost all of the students and faculty left the meeting before the small group, Right to the College Coalition, spoke. lege Board of Trustees. Community college students all over the state have worked hard for many years to get representation at the board table of our college districts. And the state legislature has over the years responded to their lead and in 1978 provided legislation giving students near equal status as trustees in the governing process in our college districts. There are student members of the community college system’s Board of Governors, and student members of the Board of Trustees of the California State University and the Board of Regents of the University of California. At Cerritos College the student body annually elects their student trustee. The Board of Trustees under the laws passed by the legislature provides all of the rights and privileges to the student trustee including an advisory vote on all matters that come before the board. Cerritos College compensates the student trustee in exactly the same way as the other seven trustees. As one of the top five college districts compensating the student trustee position, perhaps Cerritos College is showing its commitment to including students in the governance of the college. Let’s remember that our students live, work, vote, and raise their families here in the region and they are taxpayers. Cerritos College is all about their future. Mark L. Tri-City Regional Medical Center Introduces New Center For Medical Detoxification New Program Developed to Address Growing Problem of Pain Killer Addiction Because of the growing number of adults, seniors and teens who are addicted to pain killers and other narcotic prescription medications, Tri-City Regional Medical Center has opened the Center for Medical Detoxification. The hospital has invested more than a year of planning the inpatient treatment program and has appointed nationallyrecognized addiction specialist Stuart Finkelstein, M.D., as its medical director. Dr. Finkelstein is considered one of the area’s foremost specialists in addiction medicine and has treated hundreds of patients. He is widely quoted in national media as an expert and serves as an adviser to many local drug treatment programs. According to national experts, illicit drug use in America has been increasing. In 2010, an estimated 22.6 million Americans aged 12 or older—or 8.9 percent of the population—had used an illicit drug or abused a psychotherapeutic medication (such as a pain reliever, stimulant, or tranquilizer) in the past month. This is up from 8.3 percent in 2002. “Prescription pain killers have become a real problem for adults, seniors and even teenagers,” said Dr. Finkelstein. “This is a dangerous trend that will have a longterm impact on the families of so many people.” Dr. Finkelstein said that today there are

a host of new medications that can reverse the affects of pain killers. “We can use medications to not only clear the opiates from the body and brain but we can also use medications to make sure the patient does not feel the effects of using narcotics.” “Most people who are addicted to pain killers and other prescription medications are functional and employed, so we make it convenient for them to get treatment in just a few days,” he said. “For many patients, it’s safer to detox in a hospital setting for one or two days so we can ensure the continuum of care to help them recover and reclaim their lives,” he added. Tri-City Regional Medical Center has created a dedicated unit for the program to provide privacy and comfort for patients undergoing detoxification. “Our nursing and support staff received specialized training under the direction of Dr. Finkelstein and other detox professionals to support our physicians in their treatment programs. We have made every effort to provide a patient and family-friendly environment that is comfortable and private,” said Jim Sherman, CEO of Tri-City Regional Medical Center. According to Dr. Derek Dobalian, the Hospital’s Chief of Medical Staff, “This program addresses a real need in the communities we serve and we are proud of our distinguished medical professionals who have supported this program to help their patients.” For more information on the program, please visit www.tcrmc.org or call (888) 777-5931.

“Daniel knew all different types of people, he reached out to everyone. He was a free Spirit, full of life,” she recalled. A small reward fund has been established to help find Daniel’s killer. So far, $5,000 has been collected from different

friends and family members. Sherry is hoping that Norwalk city officials can help assist her and her family to bring attention to the matter. An email account called Justice4Daniel@gmail.com has been established for anyone with a solid tip in the case. The Ortiz family also wants to remind community members that they can call the Norwalk Sheriff’s Station at 562 863-871 for any additional tips. “Daniel grew up in Norwalk; he went to Nuffer Elementary, Los Alios, Corvallis, and Norwalk High School. He loved sports, and even played T-Ball as a youngster in our local parks,” Sherry told LCCN. “He was just starting his life as an adult, and was working as a technician for a company that specialized in security surveillance cameras,” she said. Daniel Ortiz also worked side by side with his older brother Joe, age 28. “Joe is beyond devastated.” The Ortiz family also resided in Cerritos for a two year period. “Daniel fell behind in classes, but he never gave up on school or his dream for a successful future. I was very proud of him and loved him with all my heart,” Sherry said. “He was a good kid. He was just starting his life. He didn’t deserve to die this way.”

mood, it was payday, and spent the evening with his brother at a local pizza eatery in Norwalk,” she said. “Daniel came home at around 10 p.m., and he then left to visit friends nearby, I had no idea at the time that I would never see him alive again,” Sherry said. “He gave me a kiss and told me that he would be home later.” Daniel took his skateboard and went to meet friends to play video games at a nearby home by their families. Sherry went to bed at around 10:20 and woke up at 6 a.m. on Saturday morning to an empty house. “I woke up and grabbed a cup of coffee and I noticed he wasn’t in his room, and he hadn’t been home.” That was unusual behavior according to Sherry. “He had never stayed out all night without letting me know, or at least giving me a text to tell me where he was, and when he was coming home. At 6:10 a.m. I called his cell phone, and it just rang and rang,” she said. “I knew something wasn’t right.” Sherry’s sisters arrived at the house at around 6:30, to spend the day together. “My sister said that the Norwalk Sheriffs’ Department was at Studebaker Road and Foster Road and that the area was blocked off in both directions.” “My sister said that there was a body in the street with a white sheet over it,” Sherry said. “I felt instant fear. Daniel always came home. I ran to the corner to make sure that it wasn’t Daniel. I was panicked.” When she got to the barricaded area on Studebaker Road, Sherry asked a Norwalk Sheriff’s Deputy if it was her son Daniel who was involved in the situation. “Please, tell me it is not a male Hispanic around 20 years of age,” she asked. Sherry said the officer did not give her any specific information. “I started to cry. I told the Deputy that my son didn’t come home last night,” “Then the officer asked me if my son had a skateboard, and I said yes.” Sherry then asked the Deputy if she could see the skateboard, because it had a distinct narrow shaped board and was colored bright purple. Officers then pulled the half cracked skateboard out of the back of a patrol car to show Sherry, and confirmed that it was indeed Daniel’s. “I just began shaking uncontrollably. I think I even collapsed to the ground. It was my worst fear,” Sherry said. Daniel was carrying just his bankcard and his cell phone in his pocket and did not have a wallet on him at the time of the fatal accident. His shoes had been knocked off him due to the impact of the crash. “Coast Hospital was just feet away from where Daniel died, and no one could help him,” Sherry said. She believes that Daniel was walking across the street in a marked cross walk when he was struck down. Eventually the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Officer determined that Daniel suffered “multiple blunt trauma with internal bleeding.” He also had two broken wrists and a broken leg. “I am thinking that Daniel saw the car coming, had his skateboard in his hand, and threw his arms out in order to stop the car from hitting him,” Sherry Ortiz continued. Investigators with the Norwalk Sheriff’s Department believes that the person or person’s responsible for the death of Daniel Ortiz was driving a 2003 to 2006 Nissan Titan Pickup Truck, dark blue in color, with severe front damage. After Daniel’s death, the Ortiz family had him cremated and a public memorial was held at Chapel of Memories.

owney Firefighter Recruits Richard Hernandez and Adam Zipperian are no longer recruits. In a ceremony in late April, the two hard working and dedicated Firemen were awarded their badges in the departments "Pinning Ceremony." The two started out as auxiliary Firemen and moved on to the departments AO (Ambulance Operator) program for almost five years. They then begin the process to "Break a Firefighter." The final process in the program was the probationary period which lasts for 18 months. Training Battalion Chief Brian Wolf said, "They are our brothers, we consider them family," The four week final training period is beyond tough. Many drop out. Firefighter Hernandez said, "The last four weeks were the hardest of my life. Complete exhaustion. I knew Downey had a hard tower, it exceeded what I thought it would be. But I was glad that it was that way because I worked hard for it." David Zipperian, Adams father said, "He started right out of high school. He was focused and knew what he wanted to do and chose a path to accomplish that." The Pinning day started out at the Downey Fire Departments training center near Independence Park. The former recruits put on a demonstration of some of the skills they learned in their extensive training. The event was attend by the former recruits proud family members, many of Downey's Firefighters, Downey Mayor Mario Guerra, Fire Chief Lonnie Croom, Asst. Fire Chief Mark Gillaspie, Battalion Chief

PHOTO BY JOHN ZANDER Bruce English and Fire Training Battalion Chief Brian Wolf, as well as Firefighters from other nearby cities. Battalion Chief Wolf hosted the event explaining to the guests what the Firefighters were doing in the demonstration. The event started out with Adam and Richard in full gear (referred to as 'TurnOuts') doing an extraction from a car using the "Jaws of Life." The car was then lit on fire to demonstrate a real burn. Battalion Chief Wolf joked, "The myth is that burning cars explode... that probably won't happen today!" Before the fire was attended to, they let it burn for quite a while. Chief Wolf also explained that before

the fire is put out, the hose must be charged and tested. The nozzle is turned to the right to release the water. "Right to Fight - Left to Loose" the Training Battalion Chief explained. The two recruits slowly moved in on the car systematically putting the fire out in a matter of seconds. The final demonstration was on the tower. Zipperian and Hernandez headed up the fire trucks ladder to the top of the tower. Two other Firefighters were up on the tower waiting to assist with the repel harnesses and ropes. Battalion Chief Wolf explained that this was the only part of the demo that was slowed down, to make sure that everything is tied and locked to avoid any chance of an accident. "To lose one from the top of the tower would be a waste of time and training," joked Battalion Chief Wolf . The two walked down the wall in unison, backwards. The superhero reference is and were both hit with a blast from the firehose as a final celebration in their training. The celebration then moved over to Downey Firehouse 1 for the Pinning Ceremony. Downey Mayor Mario Guerra then congratulated the new Firemen and presented them with coins bearing the Downey City seal. "You are joining one of the most elite fire departments in the state of California. I couldn't be prouder of our fire department and couldn't be prouder of what you have accomplished." Mayor Guerra said. Firefighters Richard Hernandez, badge number 22 and Adam Zipperian badge number 28 were then sworn in, awarded their badges and pinned by Chief Croom.

COLLIER, VALLEY CHRISTIAN TAKE FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON WESTMINSTER IN WILD CARD VICTORY

Cerritos, Valley Christian baseball teams moving forward in different ways By Loren Kopff lorenkopff@aol.com

T

By Loren Kopff lorenkopff@aol.com

W

hen Valley Christian softball head coach Jim Snyder took a look at his California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section Division IV bracket this past Monday, he was far from being pleased. He felt the committee that puts the bracket together underestimated his team by putting the Lady Crusaders in a wild card game. Snyder was hoping to bypass a wild card game by virtue of entering the playoffs as the second place team from the Olympic League and playing a brutal non-league slate that included California, Downey Calvary Chapel, Norwalk, Paramount and San Pedro to name a few. So, the Lady Crusaders showed that they didn’t belong in a wild card game by dismantling visiting Westminster 8-0 this past Tuesday afternoon on a three-hitter from freshman Anna Collier. V.C., which began the season with a 2-5 mark, has now won eight of its last 11 games and improved to 13-12-1. “You have to get on a roll around playoff time,” Snyder said. “We’re not where we wanted to be bracket-wise and we don’t think that we get the respect that we deserve. But we’ve gone through that before, too. The girls just feed off it and what doesn’t hurt them just makes them stronger. It’s a good group and they’ve really come together as a team at this point in time. It couldn’t come at a better time.” V.C. put the Lions away early by scoring four runs in the bottom of the first inning. After sophomore shortstop Emily Morrow reached on an infield hit and stole second, she scored on sophomore left fielder Madison Wright’s single. Senior second baseman Leanne Garrels then reached on the first of six Westminster errors and Collier followed with a run scoring single to right. After moving to third on an error,

he last week of the regular season saw the Cerritos and Valley Christian baseball teams stepping outside of their respective leagues and playing a home and home series. While one team used the two games as a tune-up for the upcoming California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section Division V playoffs, the other was hoping to end a very long and disappointing season on a high note. Last Thursday night, V.C. let its seniors dominate as the host Crusaders knocked off the Dons 5-1, just one day after Cerritos senior pitcher Omar Rodriguez went the distance in a 4-1 victory. V.C. ended the regular season at 11-15 and hosted Gladstone in a wild card playoff game this past Tuesday afternoon. “I was hoping to see us use this as a time to refine our skills and get ready for playoffs,” said Valley Christian head coach Sean Buller. “We just talked to the guys about being able to come out and execute. That’s what we wanted to see.” “I just wanted to end the season strong and let these seniors benefit from what they’ve been working for the last four years and end their career with two wins,” said Cerritos head coach Chris Aquino. On senior night, Buller used the opportunity to clear out his pitching staff, starting senior Liam Bestian for just the second time this season and sending four other senior hurlers to the mound. The five combined to toss a three-hitter, strikeout eight and walk two. The lone Cerritos run came in the top of the third when senior pitcher Andrew Ortega reached on an error and scored on a two-out base hit from senior catcher Jake Liang. That run came off of senior Clayton Granch, who worked one inning. Senior Nico Morandini pitched the fourth inning, followed by seniors Patrick Avila (one inning, one strikeout) and Tyler McLurg (two innings, three strikeouts). Avila, who

got the win, and McLurg retired the final nine Cerritos hitters. “I wanted Liam Bestian to start,” Buller said. “I think he deserved the chance to start. Clayton and Nico…we’re just using them as a bullpen situation. Patrick Avila hasn’t pitched all year and has wanted to. I think this was a great opportunity for him and he looked very good.” After being held to one hit through the first three innings, the Crusaders finally got to Ortega in the bottom of the fourth. Avila singled and sophomore pinch runner Nathan O’Toole stole second before tying the game on McLurg’s double to center. On the next pitch, Morandini singled, went to second on a wild pitch and later scored on a double steal after sophomore second baseman Jack Struiksma reached on an error, In the next inning, and with two outs, Avila (three for three) and Granch singled and Ortega walked McLurg to load the bases. Morandini iced the game with a two-run single to left and finished the game with two hits. Seven of the eight hits surrendered by Ortega came in the fourth and fifth innings. Ortega threw just 71 pitches through six innings, walked one and struck out two. “He did a hell of a job,” Aquino said. “He committed to the pitches, he threw strikes and Valley Christian just adjusted.” While the Crusaders are extending their season for a third consecutive season, the Dons will be missing the postseason for a 14th straight season. The five victories are the fewest since 2009 and the team went winless in the Suburban League for the first time since 2003. But Aquino saw some positives and says nest season’s squad will play in a summer league, workout four times a week and try to concentrate on the basic fundamentals as Cerritos will be real young in 2014. “It got our younger guys more experience,” Aquino said of the season. “The seniors did a hell of a job being good leaders on the field; showing the youth what’s going to come up for them for next year.”

If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property. NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER The sale date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more times by the mortgagee, beneficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. In addition to cash, the Trustee will accept cashier's checks drawn on a state or national bank, a check drawn by a state or federal credit union, or a check drawn by a state or federal savings and loan association, savings association, or savings bank specified in Section 5102 of the Financial Code and authorized to do business in this state. Said sale will be made, in an ''AS IS'' condition, but without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances, to satisfy the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, advances thereunder, with interest as provided, and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as provided in said Note, plus fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS If you are considering bidding on this property lien, you should understand that there are risks involved in bidding at a trustee auction. You will be bidding on a lien, not on a property itself. Placing the highest bid at a trustee auction does not automatically entitle you to free and clear ownership of the property. You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder's office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. The law requires that information about trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call 1-800-281-8219 or visit this Internet Web site www.recontrustco.com, using the file number assigned to this case TS No. 13-0000437. Information about postponements that are very short in duration or that occur close in time to the scheduled sale may not immediately be reflected in the telephone information or on the Internet Web site. The best way to verify postponement information is to attend the scheduled sale.
