Lost

by Gracie Mouradian ’24

Standing still on a winter day. The air as cold as ocean winds And the snow falling light like paper. The white ground glows like a path begging to be followed. Continuing in the footprints that were previously left behind. They call out like clues hard to miss. The trees are as helpful as a hand in keeping balance Tumbling through the forest, The journey may take up all of the time But the curiosity is too much to bear to turn back now.
