Ko tay Fac,ades provides Facade Engineerng and Facade Access Consu tancy services. The team combines facades experts w th Arch tectura Structural Engineering and contract ng backgrou nd, to allow the facil tation of allClient requirements from in tial des gn through to del ve ry stages of p ojects and beyond.
They are actve ly invo lved in industry development, speaking at key conferences as wellas havng formal membership in a number of industry leading institutions.
The Kotay Facades team in Singapore is relatively new Video conferencing is used regularly to collaboratew th the large team in Dubai.
was n t ally hired wth the intention to add parametric and 3d modelling capabil ties to the team in Singapore, howeve r due to the des gn team shrinking, my roles became more focussed on project management.
Durng my frst few months wth the company I underwent a rigorous technical training series, going through technical design aspects of facade and in depth review of manufacturing standards and processes. This has assisted me greatly in running a high profile project for the company
This role has given me the opportunity to present facade concepts to high ranking members of the Ministry of Finance, Education, URA, BCA and clients.
