New officers installed at Woman’s Club GFWC Woman’s Club of Antioch recently held its 108th installation of officers and directors for 2009-10 at Lone Tree Golf Course. Prior to the installation, the group was entertained by the Bay Area ensemble Strowbridge Improvisation Group. Margaret Lauritzen-Lane and Susan French, installed as Co-presidents for their second term, have chosen Get Together and Give as the organization’s theme for the new year. Barbara Herendeen presented a check from the Antioch Educational Foundation for $100 to support the Woman’s Club drive for the free immunization clinic to be held Aug. 5, and further showed support by matching the funds with a personal donation. She also presented red ribbons to all the new officers and directors that read “I Make a Difference.” Another donation, to the tune of $300, was made to the club by Juan Chin-Olsen, a member and
