Football and Education Programme

Our Programme

The Brentford Post 16 Programme has been gathering momentum for several years, growing steadily while keeping the quality of the overall programme at the forefront of proceedings. There are two elements to the programme - both the education and the football - making the programme efficient, progressive, and enjoyable.

We have a great team of coaches equipped, qualified, and passionate about their roles within the programme. All individuals involved in the programme have access to FA qualified coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, mentors, state of the art facilities, and an education system designed to get the best out of both our boys and girls.

Post 16 Philosophy

Create a Positive Culture that allows players to flourish as footballers, but also as people, creating a sense of belonging.
