Over the years, Emma has specialized in creating rich-seamless patterns that have been seen in a array of categories.

“Patterns... they have a special place in my heart!“ Flowers in a garden, an old green tarp that covers wood in Pittsburgh… finding inspiration everywhere allows for the creation of a wide variety of styles that have traveled the world. From symmetrical designs on umbrellas, gnomes on home accessories, original photo kaleidoscopes sold in Brazil for wall art printed on glass, painterly gardens for high end women’s fashion in Guatemala, intricate floral designs on chinaware, bold geos for tableware in the U.S. and all the way to illustrations of women sold in France for greeting cards.

MEET THE ARTIST Emma is a Graphic Designer born and raised in El Salvador. She has worked in the advertising, apparel and home decor industries. She is a pioneer in the Surface Pattern Design industry in her country and has exhibited her work in international tradeshows since 2009. Her work has been used on fine tableware, puzzles, fabric, paper goods, wall art on glass and was ~ still is! ~ proud to have seen her work featured on the runway during Fashion Week NY on men’s swimwear.

“I am the first Salvadoran to do this & introduced this beautiful industry to my country.

Also, for years I was the only Latin artist exhibiting at Printsource.“ Her current passion is being able to connect with people & share how healing art is. After getting her Masters in Art Therapy, her newest adventure is facilitating her therapeutic art program, Gardens Of My Soul, online. Sharing and hearing stories how her program is helping others fills her soul with joy!
