INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP)

Your career development starts with your Individual Development Plan.

The IDP is a collaborative tool that helps you and your manager define your growth path, set clear goals, and track your progress. It allows you to identify strengths, explore development areas, and align learning opportunities with your career aspirations.

The IDP helps you to:
