El sistema de construcción del pavimento con listones LISTOMAT® es una solución ideal para caminos de exterior, jardines, rampas, terrazas, piscinas, áreas de playa y marítimas, como embarcaderos y muelles… También se puede instalar como fachada exterior de edificios industriales y residenciales, centros comerciales, etc.

In comparison to techniques used for stone or wood panelling, LISTOMAT® offers great versatility and easy installation.

1. A modo de pavimento podemos

instalarlo de forma mecánica (con cuñas de acero y tornillos) sobre rastreles de aluminio encima de un pavimento existente, siempre que esté en buenas condiciones y con las pendientes adecuadas.

INSTALACIÓN SOBRE RASTRELES DE ALUMINIO INSTALLATION ON ALUMINIUM PURLINS Esta aplicación es adecuada sobre losetas, hormigón o una lámina aislante.

En el caso de instalación sobre lámina impermeabilizante se recomienda utilizar un protector para evitar punzonamientos que puedan dañar la membrana y para obtener una pendiente adecuada que evite la acumulación de agua.

If installed on waterproofing sheets, we recommended using protection to avoid punctures that may damage the membrane, and to create a suitable slope to prevent water from pooling.

Paso 2 Colocar la primera pieza de LISTOMAT® y proceder a su fijación sobre los rastreles de aluminio (mediante fijación con cuña metálica atornillada o bien encolado).

Una vez fijada la primera pieza, se posicionan las cinco piezas siguientes usando la herramienta accesoria denominada “guía de colocación”.

Esta herramienta garantiza la interdistancia constante de las piezas antes de su fijación.

Step 2 Put the first LISTOMAT® piece in place and attach it to the aluminium purlins (by means of a bolted metal wedge or glue). Once the first piece is secured, position the following five using the “placement guide” tool.

This tool ensures that the pieces are kept a set distance apart before they are fixed in place.

Paso 3 1. Fijar las cinco piezas LISTOMAT® mediante las cuñas de acero inoxidable y los tornillos autoperforables.

2. Iniciar posicionando una cuña en el espacio entre listón y listón.

Step 3 1. Fix the five LISTOMAT® pieces in place with stainless steel wedges and self-drilling screws.

2. Start by positioning a wedge between each piece of decking.

Use a rubber hammer to knock the wedge until it is inserted in place.

The placement guide tool ensures the decking is held in the correct position until the wedges fix them in place.

3. Proceed to screw the following wedges, one by one, into the aluminium purlins.

4. Position a new series of five pieces, using the placement guide. Repeat the steps above and fix the pieces in place, maintaining the right pressure and correct grip.

Remember to glue or screw the the last piece in place if there is no perimeter wall.

Use a screwdriver that is exactly the right size for the screws, to prevent damage.

Paso 4 Repetir el procedimiento de instalación hasta la cobertura total de la superficie.

La instalación completa tiene una junta de unos 8/9 mm y aproximadamente 5,5 cm de altura.

Step 4 Repeat the installation procedure until the surface is completely covered.

The completed installation should have a joint measuring around 8/9 mm, and approximately 5.5 cm high.

RECOMENDACIONES DE INSTALACIÓN Es aconsejable que los extremos de los listones siempre apoyen sobre un soporte. En los casos en los que no sea posible, el voladizo máximo aconsejado es de 5 cm.

We recommend ensuring that both ends of the decking always rest on a support. When this is not possible, the maximum recommended overhang is 5 cm.

In order to allow for structural movements, the space on the short side of the decking must be between 2 and 3 mm (see figure 1).

Installing LISTOMAT® must be one of the last steps in the construction project, in order to avoid damage (scratches, splinters or similar) due to improperly handled tools or heavy equipment.

After installation, make sure to clean the paving so that the product has the best possible finish.

Step 2 Put the first LISTOMAT® piece in place and attach it to the aluminium purlins (by means of a bolted metal wedge or glue).

Once the first piece is secured, position the following five using the “placement guide” tool.

This tool ensures that the pieces are kept a set distance apart before they are fixed in place.

3. Proceed to screw the following wedges, one by one, into the aluminium purlins.

4. Position a new series of five pieces, using the placement guide. Repeat the steps above and fix the pieces in place, maintaining the right pressureand correct grip. Use a screwdriver that is exactly the right size for the screws, to prevent damage.

VERTICAL INSTALLATION LISTOMAT® también puede utilizarse para revestir fachadas exteriores de edificios residenciales o industriales, centros comerciales… El listón está provisto de una ranura o corte especial que permite la fijación a los ganchos del anclaje mecánico.

LISTOMAT® can also be used to clad exterior façades on residential properties, industrial buildings, shopping centres and so on. The product has a special groove or cut that allows it to be fixed to mechanical anchors.

Paso 1 Fijar los perfiles metálicos de soporte a la pared utilizando anclajes mecánicos.

Asegurarse que la barra metálica esté posicionada a una DISTANCIA MÁXIMA de 1 m (entre ejes).

The certification for sustainable LEED buildings is divided into credits that cover different building properties: energy efficiency, use of alternative energy, water consumption efficiency and choice of materials, among others. One of these is the “heat island effect” credit, which aims to reduce heat islands to minimise the impact on microclimates, human habitats, and nature.

Heat islands are defined by the difference in thermal gradient between areas. To minimise the heat island effect, one of the options is to use finishes with a minimum initial SRI value. (SRI 33).

La certificación de edificios sostenibles LEED está dividida en créditos que abarcan diferentes aspectos de los edificios: eficiencia energética, uso de energías alternativas, eficiencia del consumo de agua y selección de materiales, entre otros.

Entre ellos está el crédito ”efecto isla de calor” cuyo objetivo es reducir las islas de calor para minimizar el impacto en los microclimas y los hábitats humanos y silvestres.

Las islas de calor se definen como las diferencias de gradiente térmico entre áreas. Para minimizar el efecto isla de calor, una de las opciones es utilizar acabados con un valor mínimo de SRI inicial. ( SRI 33).
