Experience and quality
Experience and quality
AP Gyllevogne equipment is designed for demanding use and is under constant development. This means that the company always supplies tankers that use the latest technology. Every single tanker is manufactured in-house. Our extensive experience and constant product development ensures our customers acquire products of the highest quality with maximum performance and reliability. We carry out a final quality control to ensure that our products comply with all of the specifications and meet customers’ individual requirements.
Fully finished product surfaces
The exterior and interior of every tank is sandblasted to achieve optimal adhesion. A special epoxy coating, which has been developed to withstand extremely aggressive environments, is applied to the tank interior. The exterior of the tank is first primed with two coats of epoxy, then a 2-component coat is applied. The tank exterior is coated twice to achieve the perfect finish. Fitted parts are hot-dip galvanised.

Equipment for all applications
GV 35 with 800/70X38 tyres and 36 m drip hose boom.
Equipment and accessories
The range covers everything from simple transport tankers with pumps to empty the tanks, to advanced fully equipped computer-controlled tankers with data logging. Tankers can be prepared for or supplied with equipment for the addition of acid/ammonia. An acid/ammonia tank can also be built into the actual slurry tanker. Often the slurry tanker is supplied with an 8-ton lift for supporting the drip hose boom or injector.
Built-in hydraulic pump to drive the wheel drive.
Special tankers made for the job
AP Gyllevogne collaborates with customers to supply the optimal tanker. Using 800/70X38 tyres results in significantly reduced ground pressure. Hydraulically driven wheel drive on the middle axle minimises the chances of getting stuck.
Hydraulics
Every slurry tank utilises as standard the tractor’s hydraulic supply to operate the slurry tanker’s functions. Pump to empty the tank, driven directly from the tractor’s PTO. Powerful 8-ton lift.

Tyres and axles
Slurry tanker with 800/70X38 tyres results in 50% less ground pressure
Raised front axle.
Axles and hubs
Tyre size
410 x 180 mm brakes are supplied as standard with hydraulic brakes or alternatively with air brakes.
Large tyre 800/60X34 Diameter 1875 mm
Two-axle tankers are supplied as standard with tilting bogie with rotatable rear wheel. Alternatively, can be supplied with hydraulic suspension and rotatable rear wheel.
XXL Large tyre 800/70X38 Diameter 2052 mm
Every AP Gyllevogne tanker is equipped with strong high-quality axles from BPW.
Three-axle tanker supplied with hydraulic suspension, level regulation and with rotatable front and rear axle. Front axle can be raised when driving with an empty tanker. Wheel drive on the middle axle can be fitted as extra equipment. The wheel drive provides 100 HP and operates in both forward and reverse.
Standard tyre 750/60X30.5 Diameter 1675 mm
Every AP Gyllevogne tanker with 25 m3 or less is supplied with 750/60X30.5 tyres as standard. Alternatives: 850/60X30.5 or 650/60X30.5.

Loading cranes with 8’’ or 10’’ pumps 100% filling of slurry tanker
The AP Gyllevogne tanker with loading crane and sealed tank is equipped with an electronic full sensor, which ensures that the tanker is 100% full before loading automatically stops. Any overflow and foam is led back to the slurry tank via the return hose. The loading pump is hydraulically driven, and driven directly from the tractor’s hydraulic supply. The loading crane can be used on both sides of the slurry tanker, and can be supplied with extra sections and/or a telescopic extension, depending on the task.
Efficient emptying via the loading crane
The AP Gyllevogne slurry tanker with loading crane and shut-off valves, ensures rapid emptying though the crane’s large hose. The tank is emptied by a pump, which is driven by the tractor’s PTO transmission shaft.
Special loading crane, designed for high slurry tanks

Computer controlled for optimal use AP Gyllevogne Joycontroller
The AP Gyllevogne Joycontroller is made by Danfoss and is specially designed to control the many functions of an AP Gyllevogne slurry tanker. The display and joystick are fitted in the tractor cab, so that all of the functions can be controlled from there. The AP Gyllevogne Joycontroller applies the entered amount of spreading automatically by comparing vehicle speed and slurry flow. All of the data relating to the spread of slurry per hectare, the day’s production, total production, operated hours and kilometres are stored in the computer and can be printed out from the computer.
Hydraulic control and electronics in a protected position on the tanker. Danfoss PVG valves are used.
AP Gyllevogne will readily supply tankers in special colours.

AP Gyllevogne drip hose booms, from 12–36 m
Design
AP Gyllevogne drip hose booms are fitted on a moveable rear frame. The rear frame is raised and lowered using hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic sectional shut-off can be supplied as required. All slurry hoses are 50 mm as standard to avoid any blocking of the hoses.
The raising cylinders are fitted on a floating suspension, which means that the drip hose boom follows the terrain even when the tanker moves over an uneven area.
Drip stop
The AP Gyllevogne drip hose boom can be equipped with an efficient drip stop, which tilts the hoses to the vertical position before transport. This prevents any unwanted drips from the hoses.
Hitched or mounted
The drip hose boom is built on a powerful rear frame fitted to the slurry tanker’s lift or fixed bracket.

Hose distributor
BOMECH Trailing Shoe.
Hose distributor
• The AP Gyllevogne drip hose boom is equipped with one, two or four vertical distributors. • AP Gyllevogne uses vertical distributors from Vogelsang or Harsø as standard. • The vertical distributors are equipped with a stone trap for collecting stones. • The stone trap is automatically emptied when the boom is folded in. Can also be supplied with a complete Trailing Shoe boom from BOMECH as required. The trailing shoe creates a track in the ground, so that the slurry penetrates.
Hydraulic sectional shut-off
AP Gyllevogne has developed a special hydraulic system for sectional shut-off. Sectional shut-off consists of a stainless steel pipe with a synthetic core. The core has bored holes and by turning the core, selected hose outlets can be shut-off. Sectional shut-off is hydraulically controlled using the Joycontroller computer. In addition, with sectional shut-off, one whole side of the hose boom can be shut-off.

Slurry trailers and buffer tanks
Slurry trailers
As a total supplier of slurry transporters and slurry spreading, AP Gyllevogne also supplies complete slurry trailers from 25–38 m3. AP Gyllevogne trailers are supplied as standard as selfsupporting trailers with three or four axles from BPW.
Buffer tanks
AP Gyllevogne buffer tanks can contain 80–120 m3. BPW axles and axle hubs. Hydraulic wheel suspension and hydraulic support legs.
AP Gyllevogne slurry trailers are fitted with a self-loading crane, which can be operated using a Scanrego radio controller. Trailers are fitted as standard with a 10’’ filling hose and can be supplied with a Vogelsang displacement pump, which pumps 6000–9000 l/minute.
