By K.D. MICHAELS, Staff Writer For the second year, the Branson Globe is holding a food drive and toy drive to help those in need. We will collect new, unwrapped toys and nonperishable food items for our neighbors in need through December 23. Toys collected through December 15 will be given to the Salvation Army for their annual toy distribution; toys collected after that date will be given to children in our

area who otherwise might not receive Christmas gifts. Nonperishable food items will be donated to Christian Action Ministries. Donations of toys and food can be dropped off at The Flagstore at 114 South Commercial Street; at the Branson Globe office at 2460 South Business Highway 65, Suite 106 in Hollister; Motel 6 on Main; and at The World’s Largest Toy Museum, 3609 W. 76 Country Blvd.
