These programs will assist the Brangus Australia Youth members with their education and development within the Brangus breed and the seedstock and beef Industry.

Triple B Networth N284 entered our operation as a two-year-old.

In his first breeding season he ran with 50 females, 48 were tested in calf. His balanced EBV’s show that he’s ranked in the in the top 5% for EMA, top 10% for 200 day weight, top 20% for 400, 600 day weight, carcase weight, Rib fat, Rump fat and Retail Beef Yield. Sired by Bonox 821 (Bonox 330) who’s 10 sons at our 2019 sale averaged $7600. His dam, Triple B Stacey B168 has delivered 11 natural calves with a calving interval of 377 days and is due to calve again in 2020 at 14 years of age. Her four sale sons have been sold to a high of $11,000 and we retain five daughters within the herd.

Duarran Laredo was Junior Champion Brangus Bull at the Brisbane Royal 2016. A half share in Laredo was sold to Hewitt Cattle Australia. He’s a big strong bull that is throwing a lot of good calves with style, bone and muscle.

One of the most proven and successful bulls ever imported from the US. Bred by Bobby Steiner and family, XS Steiner Ranch Brangus, XS Johnny Lee was purchased by the Greendale Stud and his semen imported into Australia. His prowess as a prolific female producer is second to none. They’re magnificent Brangus types and are proven to thrive in our environment with very good longevity. Our Johnny Lee daughters at Pheasant Creek have produced well into their late teens. He’s also produced many sires that are spread throughout the breed including Greendale Xciting, who worked extremely well within the Bonox Stud for many years.

Currently there are 208 registered progeny listed with the ABCA as progeny by this great individual. Semen isn’t available on the open market and this will be the last release that Pheasant Creek will be making in this legendary bull. $

Bonox 830 (Max) has been producing good progeny for the Bonox Stud. Bonox B1233 a daughter of Bonox Max was the sale opener at the ABCA Roma Sale 2020 selling for $6500. Bonox 1167, a son has been catalogued as Lot 189 in the 2020 ABCA Rockhampton Sale. There will be many more Max calves to come in the future.
