Starting with the head horses. Head horse short go will follow 15 mins after the last horse has ran. Heel horses will show 1 hour after the head horse short-go. Heel horse short-go will be 15 mins after the last horse has ran. Short-Go will be the top 10 horses with the highest points on each end, after their lowest score has been dropped. Awards to follow.

2022 Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity& Sale Terms and Conditions:

1. TITLE: By submitting a consignment form, Consignor agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below and swears that the information furnished regarding this entry is true and correct. Consignor further agrees that he/she has absolute and complete title/ownership to the entry listed in this document. In the event the Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity is required to resort to legal action to enforce the terms of this contract, consignor agrees to pay attorney fees and costs associated with or arising from such action.

2. LIABILITY: As owner of the horse(s) consigned in any sale Consignor understands that he/she maintains ownership until the sale is final and at which time ownership transfers to the buyer. Con signor understands the Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity is acting as the consignor’s agent only and thus bears no responsibility or liability for ownership of the horse(s) at anytime during the consign ment process. Consignor does hereby release and hold Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity harmless from any and all responsibility and/or liability from any claims or legal action of any type arising from anything associated with this consignment sale and does further agree that should any such arise, the consignor will cooperate fully with Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity to fully absolve them from any responsibility or liability which includes taking any necessary steps necessary to legally defend them against claims or lawsuits. Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity acts as agents only and is not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstanding.

3. WITHDRAWAL OR REJECTION: Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason. Entry fees will only be refunded if rejected prior to the cataloging. Once cataloged, rejection, or withdrawal may come only as a result of unsoundness or “unfit for sale” conditions, and the entry may be made substituted on approval of Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity. Consigner agrees that once this application is accepted by Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity the consigner is obligated to present the consigned animal at the time of sale or pay the “no sale / pass out” + the “never offered” fee listed below. If consigner sells the consigned animal privately prior to or on the date of the sale, consigner agrees to pay Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity the commission fee listed below based on the private sale price + the “never offered” fee.

4. SOUNDNESS GUARANTEE:

a. Any irregularities or unsoundness of any kind must be made known to Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity when consigning to the sale. Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity is hereby authorized to announce any such findings before the horse is sold. Violation of this clause gives the buyer the right to return the horse to the consignor for a full refund, the consignor must forfeit the commission and accept the horse as unsold.

b. For any registered horses, Consignor is responsible to ensure paperwork is provided to allow buyer to transfer registration into the buyer’s name. If for any reason any registry disputes / declines transfer of ownership; the consignor is required to provide a fair resolution to the buyer.

c. All Guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller.

5. LIABILITY FOR ILLNESS: I understand and agree that Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity does not assume and will not accept any liability for injury, illness, or accident to any animal listed and/or consigned for sale.

6. TRANSMITTAL OF DOCUMENTS: The completed registration form / entry fees must be received by Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity to secure a spot in the sale. All registration certif icates, transfer reports, breeder’s certificates, foal applications must be submitted to Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity prior to the start of the sale and all forms must be signed by the owner or legal agent thereof. Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity will withhold payment to the consignor until the consignor furnishes to Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity all necessary documents for the transfer of the horse to the new owner.

7. REGISTRATION FEES & COMMISSION a. I agree to pay according to the fee schedule listed below: Consignment Fee

1. i.$150 each.

ii. 5% commission fee for each horse sold

iii. Applicable brand inspection fees

b. I do hereby agree that Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity is authorized to deduct the selling fees and commission from the proceeds when making payment to me. I further agree that in the case of “No Sale/ Pass Out” there will not be a penalty or fee.

c. I agree that if I sell the entry at the venue that the sale is being held, either before or after the animal has been through the sale ring, the transaction will go through Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity and commission will be paid.

8. PAYMENT OF PROCEEDS: I hereby agree Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity will tender pay ment to me in full for this consignment, having made the necessary deductions listed in these Terms and Conditions of Consignment, however Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity is not required to make payment to me until the buyer has made satisfactory payment to Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity and until all payments from the buyer have had funds clear the bank. In addition, payment will not be made until I have furnished Saskatchewan Rope Horse Futurity all necessary documents for the transfer of the horse to the new owner.

Footnotes: Tracker is a well made easy going gelding with straight legs and good feet, standing 15.1 HH. Tracker is a real nice ranch horse and trail horse who has been rode in the mountains by my 10 yr old son, he went anywhere he pointed him. Tracker will cross rivers go over logs you name it he does it. He has spent lots of time in the pasture roping and treating cattle, you can tie o on him and he holds rope with no issues. Tracker is also a nice head horse who is good in the box and scores well. Runs to a cow holds his position, has a nice move and faces good. This is a nice all around gelding anyone would love to own and has his whole life ahead of him.

Footnotes: This is one gelding you don’t want to miss out on!!! Fire is a finished breakaway horse, barrel horse and started on the head side. If you want one that can run, stop and look good doing it, Fire is for you! He is not for a beginner as he is a big time athlete! He is super quick footed, fancy broke, soft in the face and body. Did I mention he is gorgeous too?! He hasn’t been hauled a ton due to school but has ran a 17.9 on a standard, been to a few college rodeos and lots of jackpots in the breakaway. He is ready to hit the trail! Shawn will have some calves tied down on him by sale day. Fire is only for sale due to getting my career started.

Footnotes: Homer is a finished Tie Down Roping/Breakaway horse. He has also headed steers and seen many ranch miles. This 2007 gelding has seen the sights and sounds of rodeo, qualifying for the CCA finals in the Tie Down Roping. He's drug numerous calves to the fire and has been used in calving season. He's 15'1 hands high, well built, and has a good foot. He has the start, run and stop needed and knows his job. For sale due to no fault of his own, but with too many youngsters and limited time, it would be a shame to see him not be used. This horse has been started and seasoned the right way and has many miles left in him.

Started lightly on cattle on the heel side and breakaway. She has cutting training and could go back in that direction as well. Barbie has seen some miles in the pasture and been to some brandings. Footnotes: Stella is a finished head, heel and breakaway horse with a big hip, standing 15.1hh. She has been hauled to rodeos and high school rodeos in all 3 events. On the heading side she is good in the box runs flat to a cow has a nice move pulls and faces well. On the heeling side she makes a nice corner, holds position well, stops hard and won’t get pulled outta her stop. In the breakaway she scores good runs flat to the calf stays locked on and stops hard when asked. She has also been rode out on the ranch and can be used for daily use like doctoring and gathering.
