The site is located in banapura. Banapura is a small town in the hoshangabad district of madhya pradesh, India. Banapura is a twin (or sister) city of seoni malwa.

The precinect requires nine separate programes types.
PROGRAM GROUPED CREATED DIFFERENT ZONE
Volumes are grouped according to the relationship between each program then created internal open courtyard which creates conditions for better sunlight ,clear view and space for open siting.
After grouping the volumes is again divided different zones and department so that working can be easy .

Program are organized vertically to retain all required adjacencies and visual connections in a compact volume .Each program is represented by an individual volume.Which is then stacked arou nd a central atrium as an organizing principal.
This system of separation and setbacks is repe ated on the alternate floor.The setbacks pull the volumes outward to create space for balcony and terraces that are increasing spaces for personal and social interaction and healing enviroment.

CONCEPT
FUSION OF CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURE
Traditional architecture and modern architecture can blended together to give a unique expression to the structure.
We had used many different elements in different ways to create fusion in between contemporary and traditional architecture . We have used projection on window. We have even used combination of glass and wood. Then we have create courtyard ,deck in centre of the building etc.
The use of material such as wooden louver, glass railing ,curtain wall , wooden cladding on wall with grey finishes , wooden flooring and stone.
The principle focus of the house would be the vertical wooden lovoures arranged with rhythm ,cantilevering outwards also,having glass railing and cutouts on wall and boxing projection on window.
The building has a subtle and balanced look with overall enhancement of more light into the building with use of shades of grey and white.

The design followed contextual symmetrical grids to form the basic axis on the site. These axis were used to divide the site into the building block and green space at centre of the site,and place recreational activities .

Open spaces are not just meant to enhance the aesthetics of a property but also augment functional value to it.
The open spaces provide both aesthetic and func tional values and provide active and passive recre ational opportunities to the residents.
Design stratgy of apartment unit
The pandemic is accelerating a rapid change in the expectations of our homes and how housing developments will be designed. So in this design project, I have designed according to the changes that have come in the residence housing after Covid.
After entering the unit, firstly the powder room has been provided, to handwash, then the drawing room, kitchen and dining, then the bedroom has been provided and there is also a balcony with every bedroom which can get natural light and fresh air.

The tower form was developed using a unit system that was repeated linear arrangement with using 6 unit,12 unit cluster for every floor, giving the units a views towards the centre green area infront of all the building block .And created balcony in every room for natural sunlight and views and staircases and lifts designed as per the fire fighting norms and rules.

LOCATION-HYPOTHETICAL
This futuristic-looking house consists of two volumes, across which the different living areas are spread out. Offering space on two levels and the forest house is completed by a patio, a spacious outdoor sitting and double highted living room ,kitchen and dining. The top level is a cantilevering hexagonal glass and wooden volume where master bedroom is situated.
