Norwalk Innovation began in 1987 to serve the need for an economical, efficient, and safe pay-off device for light gauge steel and wire. Norwalk Innovation became a product line of PRE in 2009.
Since 1956 the bulk of our business concentrated to supplying custom control panels and CNC machine control panels. The business has evolved into providing high speed, close tolerance Servo Feeds, Pull Rolls, Tension Controls, and Loop Controls. Waddington Electronics became a product line of PRE in 2018.
The Bradbury Group is a global family of manufacturing companies dedicated to producing equipment that provides decades of real-world opertaion. The Bradbury facility in Moundridge, KS serves as the global headquarters for the Group.

Double Gripper Air Feeds
PRE Double Gripper Air Feeds are designed with the material grippers on a common carriage for accurate controlled material feeding. They are escpically effective with thin and/or flexible materils that require gripping on both sides for fast smooth and accurate feeding.

PRE makes single gripper, double gripper and bridge gripper style air feeds. The PRE single gripper air feeds are the most accurate, easy to adjust and fastest performing air feed systems available anywhere.
Bridge Gripper Feeds
PRE Bridge Gripper Feeds use a “bridge” bar with grippers that contact the material across its width, except where relieved for anti-buckling rails. Ideal for thin, flexible, or delicate materials, they ensure fast, accurate, and reliable feeding with even force from a center-mounted cylinder.
B-11 High Speed Air Feed
Our B-11 Series Hitch Feeds offer a compact, easy-to-install air feed that runs faster than any comparable model, without the hassle of 30+ O-rings or high-maintenance parts.
All B-11 feeds feature an externally mounted 120-volt solenoid valve, eliminating complex internal valving. A hydraulic shock absorber smoothly decelerates the feed block at each stroke end, ensuring precise operation.

The PRE Coil Upender safely and efficiently rotates heavy coils between vertical and horizontal positions. Standard sizes are 10,000 lb., 15,000 lb., and 20,000 lb. capacities.
Un-Coiler with Flat Strip Payoff Control Head
Norwalk Innovation’s Un-Coiler pallet decoiler is built for flat strip and wire payoff applications, accommodating coils up to 10,000 lbs. It allows quick coil changes, reduces handling time, enhances safety, and improves labor efficiency. The unit’s rigid design ensures durability, while optional caster wheels or forklift access make it easy to move between locations. With the ability to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, it offers versatile, userfriendly operation.

Lever Lift
The Un-Coiler Lever Lift Coil Payoff is the newest development in coil feeding equipment for materials loaded on spools. Coil Payoff can be performed by loading the flat strip or wire spools in the vertocal position without additional lifting equipment or strenuous operator labor. Coils can be placed on the drive rollers without effort decreasing production downtime.
