By designing our metal processing equipment for intermediate production demands, we are able to offer economical metal processing equipment without sacrificing quality or service. Our Single-Level™ Rollformers provide a highly cost-effective rollforming line for the production of roofing or wall panel profiles. An integrated uncoiler and stationary shear are standard equipment. Hayes Dual-Level™ Rollformers share the same basic design as single-level models but produce two profiles within the same floorspace. They have two levels of dedicated tooling, top and bottom infeed guides, a double-acting stationary shear, and twin independent drive units.

Rafted Single-Level units enable operators to switch from one product profile to another. Replaceable tooling rafts are outfitted with complete tool sets for producing a specific profile. The modified base is equipped with all components required to run the tooling rafts and fitted with hardened, tapered locating pins for self-alignment of tooling raft sections as factory hoists lower them into position.

Hayes Single-Level™ and Dual-Level™ Rollformers have robust fabricated steel bases that are manufactured in sections for ease of transport and installation. In standard configuration, they are outfitted with infeed guides, sheet lubricators, and fixed position forming stations. Our precision tooling is made on CNC machines and runs on prelubricated roller bearings for reduced maintenance and long, reliable service. Drives – Choose standard variable-speed hydraulic or optional electromechanical drive for higher output speed. Hydraulic Shear – Durable post-cut stationary hydraulic shear with tool steel blades simplifies adjustments and overall operation.
