This project is a competition entry for a multifamily residential building, featuring comprehensive 3D visualizations to showcase the design’s adaptability and appeal under various weather conditions. Using advanced lighting techniques and realistic textures. Client feedback was incorporated to ensure the final visuals met all project goals.
The project provides for a single principle of building designplacing a typical 2-sectional house on the stylobate substructure. The constructive type of buildings is combined: prefabricated and monolithic. External walls are made of modular panels of four types. An obligatory element of each apartment is an open balcony oriented to a park or yard space. Each apartment is adapted to the needs of people with limited physical properties. This was the main task of the project.

The Bucha Memorial Park renovation aims to create a tranquil and beautiful space honoring historical events. The project features visualizations of the landscape, architecture, and interior of the memorial complex. Renderings showcase panoramic views, detailed architectural elements, and interior spaces, emphasizing harmony, elegance, and comfort. This project is designed as a cultural space for reflection, relaxation, and appreciation of the surroundings, enriching the community’s connection to history.

The complex includes a specialised library, a memorial hall, exhibition halls and 60-metre-long covered ramps with a chronology of events of the city’s occupation in 2022 at the beginning of the fullscale invasion of Russian troops. The overall lighting concept creates an atmosphere of concentration on specific exhibits or functions.

For this project, I served as the lead visualizer, crafting 3D renderings of a modern student co-living complex comprising multiple buildings. The visualizations depicted the entire residential area, showcasing the contemporary architectural style, shared spaces, and how the buildings harmonize within the neighborhood. The renderings illustrated the innovative layout and lively character of the co-living environment.

In this project, he developed standards for the presentation of architectural concepts at the initial stage in the form of a mock-up for the same client. This way, location changes and concept variants are transformed into effective images in a matter of hours. They perfectly show the scale of the development in the context of the city.
