Infrastructure IPB University’s campus in Dramaga is famous for its hexagonal design. A Japanese architect's hexagonal design took inspiration from beehives, so the air circulation runs well. Another advantage of implementing this concept is that people do not need to leave the building to move from one building to another.

WTP (Water Treatment Plant)

Water used for garden watering and garden irrigation is used directly without prior treatment. On the other hand, water used for washing and laboratory use goes through a treatment process using a Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Currently there are two WTPs at IPB that utilize river water around the campus of IPB Dramaga as the main water source, that is Ciapus WTP and Cihideung WTP.

Research Impact and Relevance of IPB Research to Specific SDGs IPB's research focuses most on SDGs 15 (Life on Land) and SDGs 2 (Zero Hunger). There are 800 studies related to Life on land and almost 700 studies related to Zero hunger. On the other hand, research that aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) is quite low. However, all of them have a considerable impact, especially those related to Climate Action and the Environment. Research in SDGs

Community Service IPB University community service activities have a tendency to be relevant to SDG 17 (Partnerships For The Goals) by 34%, SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) by 15%, and SDG 1 (No Poverty) by 12%. Percentage of SDGs in Community Service by IPB University

Furthermore, the community service data is also dominated by SDG 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth at 11%, followed by SDG 3 and 4, namely Good Health and Well-Being and Quality Education at 9% for each. However, different trends are obtained towards the SDGs that dominate the most in each service activity. In Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), the results obtained are relevant to the SDGs analysis of service activities, that is, SDGs 17 as the

most relevant SDGs. Meanwhile, in the activities of Dosen Mengabdi and One Village One CEO (OVOC), SDGs 2 is the most dominant. Then followed by SDGs 4 for Dosen Mengabdi and SDGs 17 for OVOC. In community service, the sustainability aspect has been 4,655 Villages implemented through the SDGs (6.1% in Indonesia) principles. However, it is certainly important to ensure that each community service program can cover all SDGs principles in a

Sustainability Report

The Sustainability Report is a publication that assesses the IPB University progress, actions, and contributions towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs are a set of 17 interconnected global goals adopted by all UN member states in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. The report serves as a means to demonstrate commitment to sustainable development, track impact, and be accountable for contributions to the global goals. This activity consists of several stages as follows, 1) determining the outline; 2) forming the writing team; 3) reviewing the writing; and 4) publication and dissemination. Data for the preparation of the report comes from the results of SDGs data coordination between units at IPB University. Sustainability Report 2022 has been published on the sustainability website page. In 2023, IPB University produced one sustainability report and nine sustainability profiles.
