We create superbly crafted, contemporary designed furniture with a classic twist, while providing optimum beauty and comfort for your home. Every piece of White Furniture Design is handcrafted with careful consideration of the finest details from the design concept through to the finished piece. We proudly specialise in the lost art of traditional deep diamond buttoning, a technique which takes skill, strength, patience and time. All of our designs are made to order, ensuring that your furniture piece will suit your exact needs. We can also handcraft a complete bespoke design if your project allows for it. Our craftsmen have decades of experience in designing and manufacturing quality furniture and will provide

input into the design to ensure it’s feasible. We are proud of the attention to detail that we offer, with our craftsmen meticulously looking over every piece of furniture upon completion. White Furniture Design has the experience and expertise to cater to large project work and also specialise in private label collections for our retail clients. We have successfully designed and manufactured boutique furniture for the Gold Coast’s Jupiters Hotel & Casino and Brisbane’s Treasury Casino, including club chairs for the high rollers casino lounges. We have provided seating for restaurants and bars around Australia, including the Royal Randwick Racecourse members lounge. We also regularly supply bedroom furniture and foyer pieces for five star hotel accommodation in Australia and overseas. True crafstmanship in Australia still exists, a n d you ' l l f i n d i t a t W h i t e Fu r n i t u re D e s i g n “Deep diamond buttoning requires the greatest amount of patience and accuracy of all upholstering techniques. This technique is an extremely time consuming process that requires the skill of an experienced upholsterer. Once mastered, the creativity of the upholsterer defines each piece of furniture creating a visual masterpiece.”

Leather Regularly wipe all leather surfaces with a soft, damp, cloth to remove surface dirt which can work into the outer surface of the leather and cause permanent damage. Follow the leather manufacturers care instructions provided at the time of purchase. White Furniture Design and Boyd Blue have their own unique range of quality Italian leathers on offer for most designs. Our leather collection is readily available and can be ordered in full or half hides, as determined by the square meterage of the furniture piece. Due to leather being a natural product, the size and shape of a hide will vary, along with its wastage. While the best care is taken to eliminate the amount of wastage, please note this may still occur when ordering leather hides. Legs

Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s whatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s inside that countsâ&#x20AC;Ś As with all quality products, regular care is required to maintain the beauty and finish of your investment. We recommend that all pieces be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, harsh chemicals and pets and to be careful not to drag the furniture when moving it. We recommend the following maintenance be undertaken regularly:

Cushions It is natural that cushion fillings will settle over time and regular rotation and plumping of all cushions and scatters is necessary to maintain their shape and level of comfort. All cushions can be plumped or dropped from elbow height to help maintain their shape.

Fabrics Regular vacuuming of all fabric surfaces (including under seat cushions) using an upholstery attachment is necessary to remove fluff, dust and dirt. Spots and spills should be treated quickly using the fabric manufacturers care instructions stitched into your furniture (usually under the seat cushion.) Important note: Where patterned meterage is quoted, it is based on fabric that is 140cm wide with repeats under 65cm.

Care should be taken not to hit the legs of the furniture with vacuum cleaners. Regular wiping over with a soft damp cloth will restore natural shine to the leg. Furniture legs should not be dragged, rather lifted.

Arm Covers Arm Covers are an optional extra with White furniture, and attract a small, nominal fee. Covers generously cover the arms, are fully pattern matched and have over locked internal seams. The meterage required for arm covers varies with each style and is not included in the initial meterage estimate. Contact us to obtain meterage for your design.

Skirts and Scatter Cushions Skirts can be added to many chair and sofa styles and can be either box pleated at corners, pleated along the face, padded, quilted or gathered, with or without fringing or cording. Skirts are purely a decorative item and can be either full or partial length. Scatter cushions are optional unless otherwise stated for all White designs. Our standard scatter cushion insert is 100% feather fill and available in a variety of sizes, shapes and styles. All scatters are fully over locked inside and have invisible zippers. Our scatter cushions may be ordered in a variety of styles and sizes such as square, rectangle, round, bolster, plain, piped, buttoned, walled etc. When ordering, please specify all of these details. If not specified, the cushion will be provided as plain with no extra features.

Feather/Fibre Feather/Fibre combination is a seat concept that offers the comfort of pure feather with less maintenance. This is due to the returning qualities of the fibre.

Comfort Wrap This is a combination of a high quality foam core with a memory foam wrap and is designed to retain its shape and comfort.

Luxury Wrap The luxury wrap consists of a high quality inner foam core with a feather wrap. Creating the comfort of a feather/fibre cushion without the excessive maintenance. Monthly plumping is required.
