Application of general terms and conditions
All sales are made under the terms and conditions stipulated below. By ordering a product, the buyer is deemed to know them and agrees to be bound by them.
Deliveries
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Should a delivery take longer than expected, the buyer cannot cancel the order, nor claim any damages.

Products are delivered within 30 days from the order date.
Shipping costs
In the event of delivery, a flat rate of 5 euros (VAT included) will be charged. Delivery is free for all purchases of at least 100 euros excluding VAT.
Complaints
Any complaint and/or dispute must be made by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Prices - Payment terms
Prices are quoted in euros.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt, to the bank details indicated on the invoice .
Our invoices are sent by e-mail.
Commercial discount
A 10 % discount is granted on purchases of 100 euros or more, excluding VAT.
