Beer cocktails have been on trend as of late. Whether sipping while the turkey roasts or served alongside dessert, this surprising mix satisfies with spice and subtle sweetness.
Perfect for any special occasion, the beloved brunch staple gets a twist. The cider-sweetness and crisp apple-y combination of champagne will definitely please a crowd.
This tasty “hair of the dog” drink is supposed to help with a hangover. It also might be the perfect thing to ring in 2022 and put the past year-and-ahalf behind you.

• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 5 oz apple cider
• 1 oz bourbon (Blanton’s)
• 1 oz (2 T) tequila (Patrón Reposado*)
• 5 oz sparkling wine/champagne
• 1 oz gin (Copper Fox Vir gin)
• 1 oz (2 T) spiced rum (Flying Dragon)
• cinnamon sugar
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée
• caramel sauce
• 1 dash angostura bitters
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Preparation: Drip caramel onto rim of a glass, then dip glass onto a plate with cinnamon sugar.

• 1 dash angostura bitters • pumpkin beer (Aleworks Pumpkin Ale) • orange slice and cinnamon stick for garnish Preparation: In a shaker with ice, shake the orange juice, tequila, rum, pumpkin, maple syrup and bitters. Strain into a tall glass with ice.
