Feast of St. John Bosco & Salesian Spirit Games —Celebrating Our Traditions

“We celebrate the feast of our founding father, St. John Bosco, whose legacy defines our work in more than 130 countries around the world, with the help of nearly 30,000 Salesian priests, brothers and sisters.”
Fr. Timothy Ploch, SDB, Interim Director, Salesian Missions
In Salesian schools and ministries around the world, January 31 is well known as the Feast of St. John Bosco. This day is an opportunity to remember and celebrate the man who, in the mid-1800's, opened a unique school for young men in Turin, Italy, and started a revolution in education and ministry. In addition to celebrating Mass as a student body, our young people enjoyed the traditional Salesian Spirit Games.
