大型购物中心沿江东北路及集庆门大街尽量延展铺开,最大限 度的增加商业可视面和沿街商业长度。商业主入口分别设在西 南,西北和东北角,最大限度的吸纳来自主城区、主要城市道 路及地铁的人流。
主塔办公楼应该放在最具标志性的角部以获得最佳的城市形 象。但权衡商业需求后,主塔南移至场地西南,即获得较好的 城市形象展示面同时改善了车辆的可达性,更重要的是为商业 保留了宝贵的“金角银边”,再次体现了混合业态综合价值最 大化的设计原则。

A core idea of the design proposal is to promote and integrate horizontal connection between the two office towers – promoting social interaction between the building users which will facilitate a greater cross fertilization of ideas from with the companies of the cultural and creative district.
The proximity of the two towers creates an excellent opportunity to provide a linking space, a space which provides an environmentally controllable habitable zone. This ‘Zone’ accommodates the concept of the vertical city. The diverse range of spaces allow people to work – rest – play.
西安万科创意谷二期塔楼的高度将创造新的区域制高点, 塔楼的设计亦需呼应周边迅速发展规划和未来天际,达到 和谐一致的整体城市视觉形象。
空中的共享空间亦提供水平联系,将两座塔楼横向有机结 合,形成多元丰富的空间纽带,也是社交空间的所在。
一系列的空中花园,是共享/交流的社区场所,是垂直方向 的绿化公园,为共享社交提供了视野和空间。
两座塔楼的中间由一系列凹凸的体量构成,创造了迷人亲 切的内部空间,方便的联系上下区域功能,提供开阔的视 野且舒适宜人的室内共享空间。我们赋予它“垂直城市” 的概念,正匹配它服务于公众,共享与租户、联系、活 力、畅想的新型工作模式和生活理念。
Co-working Atrium Space
The atria a divided over approx. ten floors each with a central "town square"focal point - this space accommodates the largest floorplate and is collocated above the adjacent refuge floor zone – allowing large span structure to be accommodated below.
The town square accommodates a range of social spaces and small F&B for the use of the working community within the tower. The town square can be seen as public, and as the spaces rise up through the atrium they can be seen to become more private. The vertical transport strategy has been designed to allow all tower users to access and enjoy the ‘town square’ space at the base of each atria.
The ROOF | “THE RIDGE” 塔冠设计
The 'office villa' is a two-storey single-tenancy segement comprising circa 5000m2 accomodation ranging from formal business spaces on the outer edges to diverse informal workspaces adjacent to the inner faces of the towers.

“琶洲之门”
设计致力于为该区的西北端打造一个独特并具标志性的建 筑意向,成为片区整体发展中一个亮点,强调为片区在更 广泛的城市发展中的重要性。
本项目包含一栋华邦持有的办公总部大楼和一栋服务区内 客群的酒店。办公楼位于西侧地块;酒店则位于东侧地 块,同时面向规划绿化公园。
我们着眼于该项目的独特之处,通过连接两个塔楼的上部 结构,在片区域内创建出一个崭新的公共节点,为该区抛 出了一个大胆的城市声明。两个结构的联系创造了一个引 人注目的拱形曲线,这是一个呼应江滨和现有广州CBD的 景观之门,同时该区作为广州今后电子信息高科技商区, 亦是未来广州的又一门户。
在两栋塔楼之间的这一崭新公共节点, 将为公众提供一个 可同时欣赏广州CBD天际线与两岸江景的独特空中花园。 此空中花园连廊结构为办公楼顶部的办公会议空间供了 户外的阶梯空间,包括咖啡厅、景观小品、休息处等。同 时,为酒店部分构创造出高架花园、咖啡馆、前日餐厅等 全天候用餐等公共空间。酒店附属的游泳池则布置在连接 结构的上层。
AN OBSERVATION DECK FOR ALL
The sky garden becomes an addition to the surrounding waterfront amenity spaces.
The park is lifted from the ground to become the bridge, providing a green amenity to the Pazhou district that gives prime views of the surrounding Guangzhou city.

The new Pokfield campus is located to the west of HKU’s Centennial campus. This new complex will integrate the new Faculty of Business and Economics with a new ultramodern sports facility, a stylish conference center, a premium guest house and academic staff quarters to establish a worldclass facility deserving of The University of Hong Kong’s reputation.
Learning spaces arranged along a central courtyard from informal to formal. Informal spaces and common areas function in many different combinations from small groups to large gatherings, encompassing a full spectrum of informal activities, regular programs and special events.

The one-belt-one-axis planning framework divides the campus into clear groups. On the central axis of the campus, core public functions are arranged, including the reception center, conference center and the spiritual fortress of the campus - the library. Located on both sides of the central axis are the core teaching and scientific research groups of the campus. The catering facilities, residential life and sports functions are arranged outwards in sequence, forming an efficient and interconnected functional organization and ensuring good radiation of the supporting functions to the campus. Along the wetland waterfront of the campus, the “Innovation Heart” consisting of an innovative scientific research center and an innovative learning center is laid out. Here, it is a shared scientific and technological innovation platform for the university to expand the boundaries of subject education, promote the introduction of industrial functions, and face the future. The west side of the Wetland Park is the future development land of the campus, setting aside conditions for the future expansion of the university and the introduction of diversified industries.

Overall Concept: Based on the concept of “Green Valley”, the design emphasizes bringing outdoor boxes and green plants into the interior headquarters atrium and placing businesses around the public space to create an interpenetrating space, an interaction of information and technology, as well as an open community platform. At the same time, through the analysis of the future working mode, the project will define new office space attributes and provide flexible and diverse office portfolio strategies for different office needs. At the same time, in the new online economy headquarters, we will apply low-carbon materials and integrate the external wall energy-saving technology to achieve a low-carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable office and business environment.

设计的焦点在于访客旅程的开始和结束都在一个中央建筑,其形 状和功能都突出周围的传统遗产,文化和景观。从地面往上,沿 着四个主要方向展开设计,连接着最底层和最上面的桥梁与屋 顶,来成为展览、零售、创新文化中心,并连接到相邻的园林和 零售街道。除此之外,两个主要商业中心定义了该地区南部和北 部边缘的主要商业密度,注重于年轻一代、娱乐、时尚和生活方 式。温和的屋顶,让人联想到城市的最具标志性的景色,同时覆 盖着室内与室外,一整个空间。零售街道从那延伸并把基地连接 到南北面,与大自然、运河、校园和商业环境交接。
南面的干将东路和北部的运河定义了主要的商业零售密度,在沿 南北轴线的极端分为两个大型商业中心。
沿着该地块的东面和西面的商业零售连廊为位于基地中间的两个 主要花园定位,并为此商业规划提供自然和文化背景。一个中心 建筑把所有这些元素连接在一起,包括停车场和历史遗址。该中 心建筑称为核心连结纽带,定义为一个文化、体验、互动和展览 中心,沿着主要景点的四个方向展开。

嘉兴凯悦酒店与凯悦(臻选系列)酒店座落于嘉兴南湖东畔。
整片基地42,685 平方米,建设194 间客房的凯悦酒店及 一座约234 间客房的凯悦(臻选系列)酒店。
规划体块从北至南,顺应基地周边尺度,从小尺度逐渐向 大尺度过渡。并且建筑保持南北向布局肌理,与基地周围 建筑群呼应。青色悬挑的屋顶,层层叠叠,仿佛南湖边停 泊的乌篷船。其材料和形态,与基地原有的绢纺厂印记呼应, 同时又富有变化,给与古典建筑形态新的解读。
层叠的独栋建筑屋顶,采用连续单坡屋顶的形式,具有韵 律感,如同舞动的丝绸,再现嘉兴的城市文脉及江南水乡 白墙黑瓦的建筑理念。建筑立面处理上采用当地石材与仿 木纹铝板条,虚实结合,隐约透光,灵动闪耀。与水景及 水乡植被相掩映,营造南湖边静谧舒适的城市酒店。
从不同的角度,访客可以享受到不同的参观体验。通过对 于当地材料的理解与运用,在甄选酒店的立面上,我们有 着一种更不同的微妙的处理手法来追求度假的旅程体验。
