In late November the club hosted a wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Vingo Vineyards. Owners Pamela and Steven Yoder traveled from Dalhart with their selection of four Yoder Cellar wines that paired perfectly with a four course meal from Chef Terry. Pamela and Steven explained how each wine came to be, from growing the grapes to trademarking the name. The night was full of food and fun with the highlight being Chef Terrys amazing halibut with Rockefeller sauce. We look forward to hosting another wine pairing dinner with Vingo Vinyards new wine options come next year!
