Introduction to FLEX IMPACTÂŽ?

To add on top of all that they are fire retardant, anti-static, UV resistant and chemical resistant. They are also designed to be easily visible, coloured to the core to prevent the need for repainting.

Our warehouse safety barriers are also better for the environment as they require less heat during production reducing the amount of CO2 created. As they are lighter in weight than metal meaning they are lighter to transport, reducing the amount of fuel used. They can even be recycled at the end of their life!

The one feature we find particularly interesting is the active memory. We designed our plastic barriers to absorb the impact of the force and then return to their original shape, this reduces the damage caused to a vehicle in result of a crash and therefore impact to the driver is also reduced, minimising injuries.

With our flexible polymer barriers the impact is absorbed throughout the body of the barrier meaning the base plates and fixings will stay intact, unlike metal barriers where the shock is concentrated on the base plates and fixings causing the floor to crack when an accident occurs. Any accidents that occur with our flexible safety barriers will have a lot less cost involved.

Our products including racking protection are all thoroughly tested, both internally and independently tested and approved for use by Transpolis and TĂœV NORD, allowing you to be confident that they are built for complete protection.

Single Tube Safety Barriers TB Mini . This light-weight barrier is remarkably impact resistant for its size. It is designed to protect against light wheeled objects such trolleys, wheeled containers and pallet lifters.

TB200 This safety barrier is low to the ground, often installed to prevent smaller vehicles from crossing over into pedestrian only zones. This low barrier is great in stopping and guiding wheels.

TB400

This slightly larger single tube barrier has a mid-post that offers effective crash protection, an ideal choice to keep vehicles with a certain impact risk in their designated zones.

TB550 The bigger brother of the TB400 this barrier has a bigger tube diameter and a fortified mid post. This barrier can absorb impact from heavier crashes from heavy transport vehicles such as pallet lifters and forklifts.

TB Plus The TB plus is the TB400 barrier with an added double handrail. An ideal solution to protect pedestrians against collisions from low impact vehicles.

Double Tube Safety Barriers

TB Double The TB double traffic barrier has parallel tubes fortified by a mid-post, offering excellent protection for pedestrians against crashes involving fast-manoeuvring vehicles.

TB Double Plus The Double Plus is the TB Double with an added handrail for extra protection.

The combination of guard and handrail offers high impact resistance, offering great protection for your people, buildings and vehicles.

TB Double Super This barrier says what it does on the tin, it is super strong and super resilient.

This safety barrier is the second largest safety barrier in our range, offering exceptional collision protection against heavy vehicles.

Triple Tube Safety Barrier

TB Triple Super The TB Triple Super is the perfect choice for ultimate collision protection. Being the most impact resistant flexible barrier we have on offer the three parallel protective tubes and fortified mid-post is our heavy-duty option. Ideal for maximum protection in critical environments such as airport safety barriers.
