This gets you into Honolulu in the early evening local time (4:00–7:00 PM HST), depending on layovers.
We will have dinner, take a walk on the beach, and go to bed by 10:00 PM Hawaii time, which helps your body begin adjusting right away.

Short stop for photos of the vibrant, multicolored trunks.
10:00 AM – HANA LAVA TUBE
Self-guided walk through fascinating underground formations (≈30–40 min).
11:30 AM – BLACK SAND BEACH (WAIʻANAPANAPA STATE PARK)
Explore the unique shoreline, lava formations, and sea arches. Reserve entry in advance (timed entry required).
1:15 PM – WATERFALL SWIM
Cool off at a safe, easily accessible waterfall pool. Great photo and relaxation stop.
2:30 PM – LUNCH IN HANA
Options include Hana Ranch Restaurant or local food trucks.
3:15 PM – BEGIN RETURN DRIVE
