7:45 AM – BANANA BREAD STOP

Warm, fresh banana bread from a famous roadside stand (Aunt Sandy’s). Quick coffee or juice for the road.

9:15 AM – RAINBOW EUCALYPTUS TREES

Short stop for photos of the vibrant, multicolored trunks.

10:00 AM – HANA LAVA TUBE

Self-guided walk through fascinating underground formations (≈30–40 min).

11:30 AM – BLACK SAND BEACH (WAIʻANAPANAPA STATE PARK)

Explore the unique shoreline, lava formations, and sea arches. Reserve entry in advance (timed entry required).

1:15 PM – WATERFALL SWIM

Cool off at a safe, easily accessible waterfall pool. Great photo and relaxation stop.

2:30 PM – LUNCH IN HANA

Options include Hana Ranch Restaurant or local food trucks.

3:15 PM – BEGIN RETURN DRIVE

Optional brief scenic stops as daylight allows.

5:00 PM – ARRIVE BACK AT HOTEL
