ELO boosting is also called Match Making Rating (MMR). What’s it all about? The service allows a high ELo player to increase another player’s game rank through the process of boosting them.
What does this mean? The player lets the booster access their account so they can complete the service. After the booster reaches a certain league like Platinum or Diamond the boost is complete. The player then gets back their account. Then the account’s owner can play in the new division or begin another boost. When the boost happens the account owner is unable to log in/play LOL except when they have a separate smurf account. So they’ll have to wait or do something else while the boost is taking place.
