The first approach is the title of Romanian Youth Capital for Baia mare during 2018-2019 - over 600 activities and projects to be developed #UTurn, the concept presented by Baia Mare, aims to test over a year a program meant to create attractive opportunities for young people so that they are active and determined to stay and get involved in the community. Baia Mare is the city of young people and certainly it is also of our parents and grandparents. For us, for Baia Mare, you young people are the most important and Baia Mare has to set an example for Romania to be a country of young people. From here I want, from the Youth Plain, all of us, to give the tone to Romania and to turn the face of one to the young. Let's show them that the most important thing is to do something for the youth. Today we want to be the Youth Capital in Romania in 2018, but we want to be a young city forever. And if we do this and we have here for more than 100 years the Youth Plain, I propose to meet you once a month with artists, DJs, with all sorts of things to please us and show that we manifest ourselves we feel good together because you have to say your opinion, you have to have a voice to be heard by all, "said Cătălin Chereches, mayor of Baia Mare.

3. Based on the exchange in Gdansk we will start a renewal of the educational sector in Baia Mare 4. We have used the activities developed in BoostINNO, "BoostINNO Talks" to engage children and youth in debated on ITC, climate change, Innovation, volunteering and active citizenship, after school projects and activities, and many others. Because we consider these activities a success we will continue them under another name "Baia Mare talks
