Salt – ½ teaspoon Unsalted butter, melted – 1 stick Sugar – 1 cup Eggs, large – 3 Vanilla bean paste – 1 tablespoon Buttermilk – ¾ cup (Alternatively, you can combine ¾ cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and leave it undisturbed for 5 minutes.)

For Cupcake Filling – Heavy whipping cream – ½ cup Powdered Sugar – 2 tablespoons Vanilla bean paste – ½ teaspoon Butter extract – ½ teaspoon For Frosting – Unsalted butter softened – 2 sticks Salt – ½ teaspoon Powdered sugar – 4 cups Vanilla bean paste – 1 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream – 2-3 tablespoons

Method –

1. Preheat your oven up to 350 degrees. And line the cupcake tins with colourful liners of your choice. The above-mentioned ingredients make a batch of 12-15 cupcakes, depending on the size.

2. In a medium bowl, take the all-purpose our, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them all together.

3. Take melted butter in a large bowl and mix it with sugar using a hand blender. Mix these two together until you get a mixture that is thick and yellow. Add one egg at a time and keep beating after every addition.

4. Now, add the vanilla bean paste and continue beating.

5. Alternately, you can add the our mixture and buttermilk by beginning and ending with the our. Make sure that you do not overmix it.

6. Now, divide the batter among the liners arranged. Fill them up to ⅔ lled.

7. Bake for 15-20 min and check for the kurta to come out clean.

8. Cool the cupcakes completely before frosting.

9. For the lling, begin with beating the heavy cream and powdered sugar until sti peaks are formed in it. Whisk both the extracts.

10. For the frosting beat the butter until it is creamy. Beat in the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time with the salt until it is completely blended.

11. Now beat in the vanilla bean paste along with the heavy whipping cream. Keep adding the cream to get the outcome of your desired consistency.

12. For lling the cupcakes you can use either of the two below mentioned methods – Fill the party bag and keep it tted with a rounded tip and poke it in the middle of the cupcake to ll, Or, cut a hole in the centre of the cupcake and ll with the help of a small spoon.

13. Now keep the cupcakes to frost by placing the frosting in a pastry bag. Cut the tip to give cute looking swirls that you can top o with choco chips, or sprinkles, or just anything else that you like.
