VOORWOORD • FOREWORD Of je nu voor de eerste keer meeloopt of een gooi doet naar het parcoursrecord van Lawrence Cherono (2.04.06), meedoen aan de TCS Amsterdam Marathon is hoe dan ook een mooie prestatie. Het is prachtig om te zien hoe alle deelnemers, jong en oud, afkomstig uit 131 landen, eigen topprestaties neerzetten op de verschillende afstanden. Ik heet alle deelnemers, toeschouwers en vrijwilligers heel hartelijk welkom bij de 44e editie van de TCS Amsterdam Marathon!

Whether you’re taking part for the first time or aiming to break the course record of Lawrence Cherono (2.04.06), participating in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon is a fantastic achievement. It is amazing to see how all of the participants, both young and old, from 131 countries, each put in a stunning performance across the various distances. I am delighted to welcome all of the participants, spectators and volunteers to the 44th edition of the TCS Amsterdam Marathon!

Ik ben ontzettend trots op alle deelnemers aan de TCS Amsterdam Marathon op zondag. Maar ook op de deelnemers aan de 10e editie van de Good Morning City Run, waarbij met name het plezier voorop staat. In het bijzonder wil ik de deelnemers noemen die lopen voor de vele goede doelen die verbonden zijn aan dit evenement.

Zij zijn in mijn ogen echte helden - of in TCS Amsterdam Marathon termen - TCS Amsterdam Hero’s.

I am unbelievably proud of each and everyone one of the participants in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon on Sunday.

But also very proud of those taking part in the 10th edition of the Good Morning City Run which focuses on having fun. I would particularly like to mention the participants who are raising money for the many charities associated with this event. As far as I’m concerned, they are genuine heroes or, in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon’s terms, TCS Amsterdam Heroes.

Ook dank ik hen die zich samen met organisator Le Champion en TCS actief inzetten voor het Cancer Center Amsterdam. Tot mijn vreugde vernam ik dat vanaf dit jaar de deelnemersgelden van de Echo Mini Marathons naar het Jeugdfonds Sport Amsterdam gaan. Dit fonds betaalt de contributie voor kinderen uit gezinnen die te weinig geld hebben om te sporten.

Ook de vrijwilligers verdienen een bijzondere vermelding.

Organisator Le Champion zou dit bijzondere familie-evenement niet neer kunnen zetten zonder de steun van de meer dan 1.500 vrijwilligers. Hun inspanning om deze dag in goede banen te leiden verdient veel respect.

Voor de meeste afstanden van dit evenement hebben de deelnemers flink moeten trainen. Alle trainingsarbeid die zij in hun prestatie hebben gestoken komt nu samen in dit ene, prachtige evenement. Alle deelnemers, vrijwilligers en betrokkenen: Heel veel succes en plezier, maak er met elkaar een fantastisch weekend van.

I would also like to thank the people who are working hard, alongside organisers Le Champion and TCS, for the Cancer Center Amsterdam. I was delighted to learn that from this year, the entry fees from the Echo Mini Marathons will be donated to the Jeugdfonds Sport Amsterdam. This fund pays for children from disadvantaged, poorer families to take part in sport.

The volunteers also deserve a special mention. Organiser Le Champion would not be able to hold this great family event without the support of over 1,500 volunteers. Their efforts to keep the day running smoothly deserve a great deal of respect.

For most of the distances offered at this event, participants will have completed many hours of training. All that hard training and dedication will pay off during one, stunning event. To all participants, volunteers and anyone else who’s involved: the very best of luck and have fun over the weekend with all of the other participants.

Startvakken De startvakken zijn op het veld in het Olympisch Stadion.

Na binnenkomst via de marathonpoort kom je op het veld en word je verwezen naar het juiste startvak. De startvakken zijn ingedeeld naar de verwachte eindtijd.

De kleur op jouw startnummer correspondeert met de kleur van jouw startvak.

Starting areas The starting areas are on the field inside of the Olympic Stadium. After entrance through the marathon gate you will be directed to your starting area. Each starting area corresponds with an expected finish time. The colour on the bib number corresponds to your permitted starting area.

De toegang via de marathonpoort is om 8.15 uur open. Je dient uiterlijk om 9.15 uur op het veld te zijn, na deze tijd is de toegang tot het stadion afgesloten. In ieder startvak is een beperkt aantal toiletten, we adviseren gebruik te maken van de toiletten op het voorplein van het Olympisch Stadion.

The marathon gate opens at 8.15 hours. You must be on the field by 9.15 hours at the latest. After this time the entrance to the stadium will be closed. There is a limited number of toilets in the starting area, we advise you to use the toilets outside the Olympic Stadium.

Er kan géén kleding worden achtergelaten in het stadion.

Lopers die op basis van het passeertijdenschema worden ingehaald door de bezemwagen en dus de gestelde tijdslimiet zullen gaan overschrijden, worden gevraagd hun race te beëindigen en uit veiligheids- en gezondheidsredenen plaats te nemen in de bezemwagen. Mocht je, ondanks het verzoek, toch besluiten jouw race voort te zetten, dan doe je dit op eigen risico. Het parcours wordt immers, na het passeren van de bezemwagen, weer vrijgegeven voor al het wegverkeer. Tevens worden de verzorgingsposten opgeruimd en is het niet meer mogelijk om in het Olympisch Stadion te finishen. Mocht je uit de race worden gehaald, dan kom je niet in aanmerking voor een medaille.

Runners who are reached by the sweeper vehicle, based on the passing-time table, and will therefore certainly exceed the time limit will be called upon by a member of the jury to leave the race and, for reasons of safety, get into the sweeper vehicle. Should you decide to continue the race, despite the request of the jury member, you do so at your own risk. Remember, the course will be opened to traffic again once the broom wagon has passed. If you are removed from the race, you will not be eligible for a medal.

MARATHON • MARATHON NK Marathon De Atletiekunie heeft het Nederlands kampioenschap officieel toegewezen aan de TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2019. Deelnemers zijn herkenbaar aan het rood / wit / blauw op de startnummers met vermelding van NK Marathon. De prijsuitreiking voor het NK marathon zal om 12.30 uur voor de mannen en om 12.40 uur voor de vrouwen plaatsvinden op het veld in het Olympisch Stadion, na de internationale prijsuitreiking.

Dutch National Marathon Championships event The Dutch Athletics Federation (Atletiekunie) has selected the TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2019 as the Dutch National Marathon Championships event. Participants will be wearing red, white and blue NK Marathon bib numbers. The winners of the men’s and women’s Dutch National Marathon Championships will be presented with their awards on the pitch in the Olympic Stadium at 12.30 and 12.40 hours respectively.

BUSINESS RUN • BUSINESS RUN Starttijden De TCS Marathon start om 9.30 in het Olympisch Stadion.

Voor bedrijven en goede doelen is er geen speciaal startvak, de teamleden worden ingedeeld op basis van de verwachte eindtijd. De TCS 8 km start om 10.14 uur op de Amstelveenseweg. Bedrijven en goede doelen starten in het tweede startvak ‘Geel’. De Mizuno Halve Marathon start vanaf 13.26 uur op de Amstelveenseweg. Bedrijven en goede doelen starten in het tweede startvak ‘Geel’.

Starting times The TCS Marathon will start at 9.30 hours in the Olympic Stadium. There are no special start pens for the Business and Charity Run, team members are placed on the basis of expected end time. The TCS 8K will start at 10.14 hours on Amstelveenseweg. Business and Charity teams start in the ‘Yellow’ second pen. The Mizuno Half Marathon will start at 13.26 hours on Amstelveenseweg. Business and Charity teams start in the ‘Yellow’ second pen.

Businessplein Op het Stadionplein bij het Amsterdamse Proeflokaal is het Businessplein. Het Businessplein is open van 7.30 tot 17.00 uur en alleen toegankelijk voor deelnemers aan de Business /Goede Doelen Run. Het startnummer is bewijs van toegang. Er is catering aanwezig op het plein (tegen betaling).

Business Square The Business Square is on the Stadionplein at the Amsterdam Proeflokaal. The Business square is open from 7.30 to 17.00 hours and is only available to participants of the Business/Charity Run. Access is on presentation of your bib number. Commercial catering facilities will be available on the square.

Afhalen Mizuno Raceshirts De Mizuno Raceshirts zijn af te halen op het Businessplein bij het Amsterdamse Proeflokaal. Dit kan op zondag 20 oktober vanaf 8.30 uur. Extra shirts zijn alleen te koop op de Marathon Expo in Sporthallen Zuid (zolang de voorraad strekt).

Collecting your Mizuno Race shirts The Mizuno Race Shirts can be collected on the Business Square at the Amsterdam Proeflokaal. This is possible on Sunday 20 October from 8.30 hours onwards. If you wish to buy extra shirts, you can do so from the Marathon Expo at Sporthallen Zuid (while supplies last).

Inleveren kleding Speciaal voor de deelnemers aan de Business/Goede Doelen Run is er een extra inleverpunt voor de kleding. Deze tent staat op het Businessplein. Het is niet verplicht jouw kleding hier in te leveren. Je mag de kleding ook inleveren op de plek waar de individuele deelnemers van de TCS 8 km, Mizuno Halve Marathon en TCS Marathon dit doen.

Clothing drop-off An additional point for clothing drop-off has been provided specifically for participants of the Business/Charity Run. This tent can be found on the Business Square. It is not obligatory to leave your clothing here. You can also leave clothing at the location used by the individual participants in the TCS 8K, Mizuno Half Marathon and TCS Marathon.

Inschrijven is ook mogelijk op zondag 20 oktober in het startgebied van de Kids Run achter het Olympisch Stadion. GOODMORNING CITY RUN • GOOD MORNING CITY RUN De Good Morning City Run op de dag voor de TCS Amsterdam Marathon is een korte warming-uploop op een rustig tempo. De gidsen van Tourist Run Amsterdam begeleiden je in groepjes van 10 tot 15 personen door Amsterdam, langs de prachtige grachten en onder het Rijksmuseum door. Je kunt kiezen uit twee afstanden: 3,3 of 6,5 km. Genieten staat voorop!

The Good Morning City Run is a short, guided, warming up run at easy pace a day before the TCS Amsterdam Marathon. The guides will lead you in groups of 10 to 15 runners under the Rijksmuseum and through the Amsterdam city hearts with it’s beautiful canals. You can choose between two distances: 3.3 en 6.5K. It’s not a race, so enjoy!

AMSTERDAM CITY WALK • AMSTERDAM CITY WALK Op de dag voor de TCS Amsterdam Marathon, zaterdag 19 oktober, vindt de Amsterdam City Walk plaats. Tijdens dit wandelevenement kan met zes verschillende routes (10, 14, 17, 20, 26 of 33 km) de verschillende kanten van Amsterdam ontdekt worden. Zo wandelen de deelnemers onder het Rijksmuseum door, door de mooie stadsparken en kunnen zij genieten van iconische gebouwen zoals Koninklijk Theater Carré, de Dam en het VOC-schip Amsterdam. De start en finish zijn bij het Olympisch Stadion.

On Saturday 19th October, the day before the TCS Amsterdam Marathon, the Amsterdam City Walk will be held. Six different walking routes (10, 14, 17, 20, 26 and 33 km) allow you to experience different aspects of Amsterdam. Participants walk the famous passage through the heart of the Rijksmuseum, wander through beautiful city parks and admire iconic landmarks such as Royal Theatre Carré, Dam Square and the Dutch East India Company cargo ship in Amsterdam. The walk starts and ends in the Olympic Stadium.

Toeschouwers kunnen deelnemers aan de TCS Amsterdam Marathon op diverse locaties aanmoedigen.

Een bijzondere locatie is natuurlijk het Olympisch Stadion, maar ook langs het parcours zijn er natuurlijk diverse punten waar de deelnemers kunnen worden gevolgd.

Hiervoor kan uitstekend gebruik worden gemaakt van de metro of aangegeven parkeerlocaties.

Spectators can take part in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon at various locations. The Olympic Stadium is one of the most outstanding locations but there are also various places along the route where supporters can cheer on their runners. The underground railway or the parking locations indicated can be used to access the event.

Start t/m 13 km en 37 km tot finish In het Olympisch Stadion kun je gratis plaatsnemen op de (overdekte) tribunes bij zowel de start van de marathon als tijdens de finish van alle afstanden. > Dichtstbijzijnde metro: Amstelveenseweg of Zuid (volg vanaf hier de looproute naar het stadion)

Deelnemers aan de hele marathon passeren het Vondelpark twee keer. Tijdens de eerste doorkomst hebben ze er net 2 km opzitten en tijdens de tweede doorkomst al 40. Een ideale plek dus voor een succeswens en dat laatste steuntje in de rug. > Dichtstbijzijnde metro: Vijzelgracht

14 to 26 km From 14 km, the full marathon runners begin the stage that runs along the Amstel. This stage covers around 12 km and by the end of it the runners will have passed the halfway stage and be heading home. At 16 km, you will find a First Aid point and one of the Echo Mini Marathons will be held here too, just before the arrival of the first marathon runners. > Closest metro: RAI > Closest car park: P15 and P16 Europaboulevard

Ter hoogte van Ouderkerk aan de Amstel lopen de marathon deelnemers over de Brug Oranjebaan om te keren. Hier vind je een aantal restaurantjes waar het in afwachting, of na passage van de lopers, prima vertoeven is. Er is geen metro, maar wel (betaald) parkeren mogelijk op Amstelparking (Amstelzijde, 1184 TZ Amstelveen).

26 t/m 31 km Na de passage langs de Amstel lopen de deelnemers aan de hele marathon 5 km over het Amstel Business Park, waar je veel muzikaal entertainment vindt en ook altijd veel publiek aanwezig is. Met de metrostations Overamstel en Van der Madeweg langs het parcours een perfecte plek om aan te moedigen. > Dichtstbijzijnde metro: Overamstel en van der Madeweg 32 t/m 37 km Hier begint voor velen het zwaarste stuk van de marathon, waar supporters dus zeker niet mogen ontbreken! Ook dit jaar kun je voor deelnemers aan de hele marathon een aanmoedigingsboodschap inspreken via de NN Hardloopsupporter. Benieuwd of jouw video getoond wordt en hoe jouw hardlooptopper hierop reageert? Kom dan naar het 32 km-punt, waar de video’s op groot scherm afgespeeld worden. > Dichtstbijzijnde metro: Amstel Even verderop op het 33 km-punt vindt een tweede Echo Mini Marathon plaats op het Galileïplantsoen. Ook wordt hier een verzorgingspost ingericht en is er muziek aanwezig. > Dichtstbijzijnde metro: Amstel Het marathonparcours in Amsterdam wordt geroemd om zijn snelle en vlakke parcours. Met een kleine onderdoorgang onder de Wibautstraat op het 37 km-punt zit het venijn hem in de staart. Juich de lopers omhoog en over de Torontobrug, op naar het Vondelpark. > Dichtstbijzijnde metro: Weesperplein

At Ouderkerk aan de Amstel the marathon runners make a turn across Brug Oranjebaan. Here, there are several restaurants where you can sita nd relax while waiting for the runners to arrive or once they’ve passed by. There is no metro but there is (paid) parking at Amstelparking (Amstelsijde, 1184 TZ, Amstelveen).

26 to 31 km After the stage along the Amstel, the runners in the full marathon cover 5 km through Amstel Business Park, where you will find lots of music, entertainment and plenty of other spectators. With the metro stations Overamstel and Van der Madeweg along the course, this is a perfect location for cheering the runners on. > Closest metro: Overamstel and van der Madeweg 32 to 37 km This is the start of the hardest leg for many of the runners, where they will really need cheering supporters! This year, you can also record your messages of support for the participants via NN Hardloopsupporter. Want to know whether your video will be shown and how your running champion will respond? Come down to the 32 km point, where the videos will be shown on the big screen. > Closest metro: Amstel Just a bit further along, at the 33 km point, a second Echo Mini Marathon will take place on the Galileïplantsoen.

There will also be a First Aid point here and musical entertainment. > Closest metro: Amstel The Amsterdam marathon course is known to be a quick, flat route. But there’s a sting in the tail, with a short passage under the Wibaustraat at the 37 km point.

Finish De finish is in het Olympisch Stadion, vlak voor de eretribune, waar het publiek gratis kan plaatsnemen.

Na de finish ontvang je een medaille en warmtevel (indien nodig). Ook is hier water beschikbaar. Buiten het Olympisch Stadion krijg je bij de verzorgingspost fruit en een flesje Isostar. Wij verzoeken je na het passeren van de finishlijn direct door te lopen.

Goede doel Voor de achtste keer op rij is Cancer Center Amsterdam hét goede doel van de TCS Amsterdam Marathon.

Tot nu toe is al meer dan € 1 miljoen bij elkaar gelopen voor kankeronderzoek. Een geweldige prestatie van lopers en donateurs! In Cancer Center Amsterdam werken 30 disciplines samen om ervoor te zorgen dat patiënten met (een vermoeden van) kanker zo snel en zo vakkundig mogelijk worden geholpen. Binnen het onderzoeksinstituut vindt onderzoek plaats naar nieuwe behandelingen en diagnostische tests en wordt patiënten optimale, geïndividualiseerde medische zorg en aandacht geboden, volgens de nieuwste inzichten. Helpdesk Een overzicht van veelgestelde vragen vind je op tcsamsterdammarathon.nl/deelnemers/veelgestelde-vragen/. Van 30 september t/m 4 oktober en van 7 t/m 19 oktober is de telefonische helpdesk tussen 9.00 en 17.00 uur geopend via 072 532 48 49. Op zondag 20 oktober is deze bereikbaar van 8.30 - 17.00 uur. Ook kun je op vrijdag 18, zaterdag 19 of zondag 20 oktober terecht bij onze helpdesk in Sporthallen Zuid (tijdens openingstijden van de Marathon Expo).

Internationale Prijsuitreiking De prijsuitreiking van de snelste drie mannen en vrouwen overall is om 12.15 uur in het Olympisch Stadion. Er is geen prijsuitreiking voor de Mizuno Halve Marathon en de TCS 8 km.

Finish Participants will finish at the Olympic Stadium, just in front of the grandstand (free entrance). At the finish you will receive a medal and heat sheet (if necessary). Water is also available here. Outside the Olympic Stadium you will receive a bottle of Isostar and fruit. After crossing the finish line, please try to keep moving.

Charity The TCS Amsterdam Marathon is supporting VUmc Cancer Center Amsterdam (VUmc CCA) as its chosen charity for the eight year in a row. So far the marathon has raised more than € 1 million for cancer research.

Lines will be open between 09:00 and 17:00 hours from September 30 to October 4 and 7 to 19 October, and between 08:30 to 17:00 on the day of the marathon. The staff at our Helpdesk in the Sporthallen Zuid sports venue will also be happy to help on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October (during opening hours of the Marathon Expo).

International award ceremony The award ceremony of the fastest three men and women overall will be held at the Olympic Stadium, at 12.15 hours. There is no award ceremony for the Mizuno Half Marathon and the TCS 8K.

ALGEMENE INFORMATIE • GENERAL INFORMATION Kledinginname De kledinginname van de TCS Marathon vindt plaats in tenten op het buitenterrein van het Olympisch Stadion.

Deelnemers aan de Mizuno Halve Marathon en TCS 8 km kunnen terecht op het plein voor Sporthallen Zuid. De kledinginname is gratis en op eigen risico. Losse kleding kan niet mee het stadion in.

Marathon-Photos.com - Persoonlijke Foto’s & video’s Je wordt zowel op het parcours als bij de finish een aantal keer gefotografeerd en gefilmd door Marathon-Photos. com. Je eigen hoge resolutie foto en persoonlijke video staan 24 tot 48 uur na het evenement op marathonphotos.com. Het is ook mogelijk om gratis een finish certificaat te downloaden vanaf deze website. Pre-order je pakket en ontvang je foto’s als een van de eersten nadat ze zijn geïdentificeerd.

Massage Bij het team van het Nederlands Genootschap van Sportmassage in Sporthallen Zuid kun je op zondag 20 oktober terecht voor een uitgebreide (gratis) sportmassage. Tijd: 8.30 - 17.00 uur.

Medische verzorging Zowel vóór, tijdens als na het lopen staat een groot aantal medewerkers van het Rode Kruis klaar. Heb je tijdens de race hulp nodig, dan kun je terecht bij de eerstvolgende verzorgingspost.

Medaille graveren Iedere deelnemer ontvangt na de finish een medaille. Deze medaille kun je na afloop nog specialer maken door deze te personaliseren met jouw naam en prestatie. De stand vind je bij de brug tussen het Olympisch Stadion en Sporthallen Zuid. Indien je dit bij inschrijving besteld hebt, staat er een medaille symbool op je startnummer.

Ter plekke kost het € 8,00.

Official Mizuno Raceshirt Als je meedoet aan de hele marathon of als je vooraf het Raceshirt van Mizuno hebt besteld, dan ontvang je bij jouw startnummer een bon. Hiermee kun je op vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag (voor 14.00 uur) jouw runningshirt afhalen op de Marathon Expo bij de stand ‘pre-ordered raceshirt’. Zolang de voorraad strekt, zijn de Mizuno Raceshirts te koop voor € 27,50 (incl. BTW) bij de merchandising stand in Hal 1 van de Marathon Expo.

Clothing drop-off During the TCS Marathon, clothing will be stored in tents outside the Olympic Stadium. Participants in the Mizuno Half Marathon and TCS 8 km can find their drop-off point on the square in front of Sporthallen Zuid. The service is free but we are not responsible for any stolen or missing items. It is not allowed to take loose items of clothing into the stadium.

Marathon-Photos.com - Personal photos and videos At different locations on the course and at the finish we will take your picture. 24-48 hours after the event your pictures will be ready to order at Marathon-photos.com.

Your free finish certificate will also be available to download. Pre-order your package and have your photos as one of the first after being identified.

Massage On race day, a team from the Dutch Sports Massage Society will be at the sports venue Sporthallen Zuid on Sunday the 20th of October offering full-body sports massages (for free). Time: 8.30 - 17.00.

Medical aid For your safety, Red Cross employees will be onsite before, during, and after the race. Should you require medical aid during the race, please make your way to the first sponge and medical station.

Medal engraving All participants who cross the finish line receive a medal.

To make yours even more special, you can personalise it with your name and finish time. You will find the stand at the bridge between the Olympic Stadium and Sporthallen Zuid. If you ordered an engraved medal when you registered, there will be a medal symbol on your bib number. On the day it will cost the € 8.00.

Official Mizuno Race shirt Participants in the whole marathon and those who have ordered the Mizuno Race shirt will receive a coupon when picking up their bib number. On presenting this coupon at the Marathon Expo at the stand ‘pre-ordered race shirt’, you will receive your running shirt. While stock last you can buy a Mizuno Race shirt for € 27.50 (VAT included) at the merchandising stand in hall 1 of the Marathon.

ALGEMENE INFORMATIE • GENERAL INFORMATION Pasta Party Op zaterdag 19 oktober wordt een uitgebreid pastabuffet geserveerd. De Pasta Party vindt plaats in de VIP tent in het Olympisch Stadion (entree via ingang G). Er zijn drie groepen: van 16.30 tot 17.45 uur, van 18.00 tot 19.15 uur en van 19.30 tot 21.00 uur. Er zijn geen tickets meer beschikbaar.

Pasta Party There will be a Pasta Party on Saturday 19 October.

The Pasta Party will be held at the VIP tent in the Olympic Stadium (access via entrance G). There are three groups: from 16.30 - 17.45 hours, from 18.00 - 19.15 hours and from 19.30 - 21.00 hours. No tickets are available anymore.

Runner’s World Pacing Team Runner’s World, in samenwerking met Duracell, zet ook dit jaar bij de hele en halve marathon pacers (gangmakers) in.

Deze ervaren lopers geven het tempo aan, helpen lopers over de moeilijke momenten heen en geven onderweg de nodige tips. Ze zijn duidelijk herkenbaar en onderverdeeld op basis van streeftijden. Deelname aan het Pacing Team is gratis.

Aanmelden is niet nodig. Je kunt de pacers uiterlijk 45 minuten voor de start van de hele en halve marathon vinden in de startvakken. In de week voor het evenement is op runnersworld.com/nl de meest actuele informatie te vinden.

Runner’s World Pacing Team Runner’s World, in collaboration with Duracell, also uses pacers for the whole and half marathon this year. These experienced runners set the pace, help runners to overcome the difficult moments and give necessary tips along the way. They are clearly recognizable and subdivided based on target times. Participation in the Pacing Team is free. No registration is required. You can find the pacers in the starting sections at least 45 minutes before the start of the whole and half marathon. The most up-to-date information can be found in the week before the event on runnersworld.com/nl.

Wil je hier beslist aan denken, zodat wij in geval van nood actie kunnen ondernemen.

Uitslagen De uitslagen van alle onderdelen zijn vanaf zondagavond 20 oktober terug te vinden in de app en op tcsamsterdammarathon.nl.

Collecting your bib number You will receive an email that explains how to collect your bib number. Bib numbers are issued in Hall 3 at Sporthallen Zuid.

To collect yours, you need to present the email, either as a print out or on your phone. So don’t forget to take it with you!

Bib numbers: provide information For your safety, we ask that you please fill out the emergency information on the back of your bib number, including your name, address, medical information and the telephone number of a contact who will be available to answer the phone on race day. Please do this as it is important to help us take appropriate actions in case of emergency.

Results On Sunday evening October 20 you can find the results of the race in the app or on tcsamsterdammarathon.nl.
