Bonum Commune Communitatis Foundation What We Do Since 2020, the Bonum Commune Communitatis Foundation has devoted itself to elevating Social Work scholars through educational scholarships. To be eligible for a scholarship, students must:
Be enrolled in a CSWE Accredited, Colorado Based, Social Work program,
Have attained a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA by their second semester or quarter,
Be in good academic standing,
Have an interest in working with children and families, survivors of domestic violence, individuals experiencing homelessness or older adults, and
Demonstrate financial need.
The application requires:
Student name and contact information,
Point of contact and mailing institution’s registrar office,
Verification of Enrollment,
A copy of you unofficial transcript,
A 5 to 10 minute video telling your story (eg what life experiences brought you to social work, your professional experiences (work, volunteer and internship experiences) and your career aspirations),
Two signed and dated professional letters of recommendation,
A current resume, including work history, volunteer experience, and internship experience, and
A statement of need and/or merit. The statement must demonstrate financial need, an interest in working with children and families, survivors of domestic violence, individuals experiencing homelessness or older adults, current contributions to the Social
