When life breaks your heart, you don’t have to walk alone.
Loss changes you.
Not just when someone dies, but when life doesn’t turn out the way you hoped. A relationship ends. You lose a version of yourself. Or you smile on the outside, while something inside feels heavy and unfinished.
I’m Here For You is not a book that tells you to “be strong” or “move on.”
It gently shows you how to move through pain and come back to yourself.
Based on years of coaching and grounded in psychology, this book guides you through five essential steps: Acceptance. Forgiveness. Letting Go. Creation. Experience.
Not to erase your pain. But to help you carry it differently. With more peace. More clarity. And eventually… more joy.
This book is available at Bruna in Dutch, Papiamentu and English, so it can meet you exactly where you are.
