The dedicated Function Suite and wider Club has recently undergone an extensive renovation, bringing a fresh touch of luxury to the venue. Combined with the naturally picturesque courses and private gardens, it provides the perfect backdrop for you, your family and guests to have an amazing time.

Bondhay is situated in an excellent location with links to wider Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire via the M1 and A1 motorways and nearby public transport links.

Elegant Function Suite

After the excitement of the Ceremony, you need the perfect venue for the reception. After all, this is where some of your biggest and best memories will be made: the wedding breakfast, the first dance, the cutting of the cake, among others.

The Function Suite boasts a space for a celebration of any kind and can be easily adapted to suit the style and size of your day. It comes beautifully dressed in wall drapes, with a modern wooden floor, rustic chairs and exquisitely presented

tables. The room has its own private bar, stocked with a large selection of drinks to suit all tastes. The large sun-lit annex presents the ideal spot for your DJ or musicians, with ample room for photobooths and activities.

The Suite can accommodate up to 120 people for a sitdown meal and up to 250 guests for an evening reception or something a little less formal. A dedicated space is available for other culinary options, such as a buffet or artisnal catering.

To complete your first journey as newlyweds, you will journey down the drive with stunning views of the two courses either side, before arriving at the venue overlooking the 18th hole.

The picturesque gardens and bridge over ponds on the 18th are ideal for beautiful outdoor photography opportunities, providing a stunning and tranquil setting for you and your loved ones to celebrate your union.

Venue Hire

We understand that everyone’s vision of the perfect wedding is different, which is why our packages are designed to be bespoke to your requirements, allowing you to choose which elements you want to bring together.

Our room fee includes exclusive venue hire with private bar, crockery and cutlery with white napkins and table linen as standard, plus you will get access to the picturesque garden overlooking the first fairway for memorable photographs with a gorgeous view.

To welcome you and your guests to the celebration of your marriage, the red carpet will be rolled out at the entrance to guide you into the room, where you can choose to be greeted with a glass of your favourite tipple. A cake stand and knife will be available should you require it.

As a thank you for choosing us to be a part of your special day, you’ll get a complimentary round for two on our Devonshire Course to put your golf swing to the test.

Celebrate your love with a delectable culinary experience at your wedding. Our talented chefs have crafted a choice of set menus that offer a great selection for everyone. From elegant plated dinners to imaginative buffets and canapés, we are sure to make sure no-one is dancing on an empty stomach.

Every dish is expertly prepared using only the freshest and finest ingredients. And for those with specific dietary requirements, we are happy to offer a range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other options.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! The team will need a few details from you to get started, plus payment of a non-refundable deposit of £300 to secure the date in the diary. You can fill out our Booking Form or speak with a member of the team who will be happy to complete this with you.

Bookings should be emailed to events@bondhaygolfclub.com, discussed with your Wedding Co-ordinator in person or over the phone on 01909 723608.

Our dedicated Wedding Coordinator will then be in touch to go through the more specific requirements for your special day. They will remain in contact with you in the weeks and months leading up to the big day to ensure that you have a stress-free day.

A signed copy of our Terms and Conditions must be returned as part of your booking. Payment of a deposit will assume acceptance of the terms until a signed copy is completed.
