For over 100 years, we have inspired and fostered a smarter, stronger, and more resilient, vibrant, and sustainable commercial real estate community.
As the second largest BOMA Association in North America, our nearly 800 members are the driving force behind our organization.
We are deeply committed and dedicated to driving exceptional, relevant value to our Members and we are laser focused on empowering every one of them with the support, insights, connections, networking, curated education, tools, recognition, mentorship, advocacy, and professional development that they need to thrive and grow in the CRE Industry.
We are grateful to our membership for their steadfast support and engagement throughout our organization’s history.
We host nearly 30 in-person, live stream, virtual and OnDemand curated Education sessions and building tours. Seven high-profile Signature Events add value and the opportunity to connect our members through a variety of engaging and exclusive formats.
We are an integral member of the CRE Advocacy Coalition which includes REALPAC, NAIOP, Toronto Financial District BIA and Toronto Region Board of Trade. This group has been very active and remains nimble and responsive. We had a very significant advocating and lobbying win on behalf of all our members with the City of Toronto on the proposed Parking Levy. The city is no longer implementing.
We are currently focused on advocating for the Building Emissions Performance Standards with the City on behalf of our members.
We are deeply grateful to our over 150 member volunteers who sit on our 15 Committees, Advisory Councils and as award judges. We simply couldn’t do it without you! We were excited to announce the creation and launch of two new initiatives, the BOMA Toronto Allied Advisory Council (BTAAC) and the BOMA Toronto Operations Advisory Council (BTOAC). Created based on member feedback, we look forward to sharing updates for both.

Mentors and Interns Continue to lead the way!
Mentorship provides a great pathway for members to connect, grow their careers, build new relationships and enhance their professional skills. We launched our Mentorship Program in 2023 with Cohort 1. Cohort 3 concludes in 2025, watch for our Call for Applications for Cohort 4 in late 2025 with a January 2026 start!
Talent development is a key priority for BOMA Toronto. We are focused on contributing to the growth of the next generation of industry talent. Our Annual Intern Event NXTCONNECT is a great example of our commitment. This successful event saw 180 interns learn more about the CRE and the many career opportunities, meet other interns, and connect with industry leaders through speed networking. The tremendous success of these new initiatives provides a compelling impetus to build on this program in 2026 and beyond to grow the CRE talent pipeline.
