Susan M. Allen President & CEO BOMA Toronto
As an organization, BOMA Toronto looks forward to 2022 with optimism!
The incredible collaboration, collegiality and resilience shown by the CRE Industry and our members has driven a positive legacy shift in our industry that will continue to benefit the CRE for many years to come.
BOMA Toronto’s membership remains strong and resilient. Throughout the pandemic, we have been there for you every step of the way. You have my commitment that our team will continue to advocate for you, deliver vital information and work collaboratively on your behalf with the other CRE associations, BIA’s and stakeholders.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the dedicated members of the Security Risk Management Advisory Council (SRMAC), the BOMA Toronto Return to Workplace Committee, the HVAC Advisory Council and our Diversity, Inclusion & AntiRacism (DIAR) Advisory Council for their work and engagement. I would also like to thank the Executive Committee and our Board of Directors for their counsel and support throughout the pandemic, it has been invaluable and means the world to our team. Our industry and members are lucky to have such a devoted group of industry leaders.
The most important thank you goes to our members, you are the heartbeat of BOMA Toronto. Your robust and collaborative engagement with each other has been remarkable and impactful in shaping a consistent approach in a very challenging time. We look forward to watching occupancy grow in the CRE and to welcoming vibrant, revitalized office, retail, restaurant and business environments.
