Industrial SIG Meetings March 9, April 13, July 13 and October 18 Members: Free, registration required | Non-members: $20 The Industrial Shared Interest Group (Industrial SIG) is geared solely to the needs and interests of industrial real estate managers. The Industrial SIG meets quarterly for lunch and discussion of a topic of interest to the industrial real estate sector. These meetings provide a forum for industrial real estate professionals to collaborate and learn from their counterparts; network and understand their competitive landscape; learn new tactics for handling common issues; and identify industrial suppliers. Medical Office Building Meetings March 10, June 16, September 1 and December 1 The Medical Office Building Managers Shared Interest Group (MOB SIG) is organized to address the specific interests of medical office building managers and engineers. This group meets quarterly for an informal meeting and networking session followed by a discussion of specific medical office management issues and current industry trends and challenges. Young Professionals SIG Meetings March 9 Lunch-and-Learn, May 4 Breakfast, August 16 Lunch-and-Learn and November 17 After Hours If you are 35 and under, and looking to advance your career in the commercial real estate industry, then the Young Professionals Education Series is perfect for you. Attend for a chance to network with leaders in your field, and discuss issues affecting young professionals in the industry.

BOMA Technical Organization (BTO) quarterly luncheons bring together building engineers and others interested in the technical aspects of properly maintaining commercial properties. Each luncheon includes educational coverage of a topic important to the industry. To maximize convenience for building engineers, each luncheon is held twice at different locations. This breakfast includes coverage of an education topic that is important to the industry and is a great networking opportunity. Facilities Management SIG February 23, May 11, August 3 and November 16 Members: Free, registration required | Non-members: $20 The Facilities Management Shared Interest Group (FM SIG)addresses the important issues and big questions of Facility Management property management professionals. Facility managers have different needs and requirements that set them apart from other property management professionals. The Facilities Management SIG seeks to identify and meet those needs. Green Real Estate Network Breakfasts 8-9:30 a.m. January 28, March 29, June 1, July 28, October 4 and December 6 Members: $20 | Non-members: $35 The Green Real Estate Network is for individuals who want to further their knowledge of green and sustainable practices. These breakfasts allow attendees to network with leaders in green and learn more about sustainability in the commercial real estate industry.
