Entry Requirements Up to NVQ Level 2 in either Professional Chef or Food Preparation and Service, plus an initial assessment by our chef tutors to gauge skills, knowledge and competences.
You will learn • Advanced food production skills and techniques • High level visual appeal of food presentation • General catering management responsibilities You will also lead full service delivery in our highly regarding on-site restaurant, Signature.
