The Bolles School prepares students for college and life by inspiring excellence, courage, integrity and compassion ALL THINGS POSSIBLE
in an academic community dedicated to nurturing mind, body and spirit.
GOAL: To nurture students to be the best version of themselves by fostering well-being and joy in an environment that cultivates a diverse and inclusive community. GOAL: To provide an engaging and innovative program that equips students to navigate life confidently.
Strategy A: Develop, refine and expand the Pre-Kindergarten through Postgraduate program with a forward-thinking focus. Strategy B: Optimize the Bolles student experience by leveraging local, national and international partnerships. Strategy C: Reimagine the integration of academic support services into the Pre-Kindergarten through Postgraduate program.

Curriculum and Program
Strategy A: Optimize the student experience to empower positive connections within the Bolles community and encourage a sense of collective pride and a healthy school-life balance. Strategy B: Cultivate a welcoming community by providing programming reflective of our commitment to support a diverse and inclusive school environment. Strategy C: Create a safe, nurturing environment where students experience joy and learn how to enhance their own well-being.
GOAL: Grow and protect resources to serve current and future generations in support of The Bolles School mission and core values.
Strategy A: Expand internal and external partnerships to enhance all institutional programming and build shared knowledge. Strategy B: Develop enrollment strategies for each of the five admission market areas: Ponte Vedra Lower School; Whitehurst Lower School; Middle School; and Upper School Days Students and Upper School Boarding Students. Strategy C: Invest in resources to implement short- and long-term plans to increase the endowment to a level that provides for perpetual institutional sustainability. Strategy D: Transform the culture of philanthropy to increase participation and giving in all constituent groups. Strategy E: Expand and sustain long-range financial models and 10-year plans which facilitate programmatic growth, quality continuation of existing programs and strive for operational excellence.
