PRELIMINARY TENDER PRESENTATION
Your New Home Consultant will prepare and present a preliminary tender for your review including fixed site costs for peace of mind. Now it’s time to organise the initial $2,500 deposit to progress to the next stage.
EVOLVE SELECTION STUDIO APPOINTMENT
Discover the most innovative, comprehensive display of design trends at our Evolve Selection Studio. During your appointment, you will be guided through the selection-making process by a member of our qualified interior design team.
CONTRACT SIGNING
Once you’ve approved your final preliminary tender including costs for any additional or upgrade inclusions, we’ll prepare your HIA contract. It’s now time to organise the 5% deposit to progress to the next stage.
WORKING PLANS & COUNCIL APPROVAL
We’ll now prepare the final working drawings for your sign off, and lodge the plans with our Certifier for approval.
COMMENCEMENT
Once we have the building permit, our team will prepare for commencement onsite – congratulations! We’ll be busy preparing orders and scheduling in relevant trades. You’ll be assigned a site supervisor to manage the construction of your new home.
